Today we’d like to introduce you to Breanna Markwell.
Hi Breanna, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
I grew up with my mom being a single mother, with not much support from my dad and other family. So, with that came a hard life of growing up and finding out who I wanted to be and who I didn’t want to be. Since I was younger, I remember always being a hard worker and wanting to help in any way. I loved caring for others and making people feel beautiful inside and out and that’s why I do what I do today! I’ve followed not only my dreams but my feelings on this journey of what felt right and didn’t and learning about what do I want or need? After deciding what I wanted to do as my career I took the risk to go back to school after not even getting my high school diploma at first. I went back several years later to finish one of the classes I had failed since finding my passion for esthetics. That helped push me to become who I am today. Not only am I an advanced skincare professional but I intuitively felt I could help people on a deeper level being aware of the sensitivity I had to energy from growing up, listening to my own energy, and how I felt around others. I followed my heart and thoughts to learn more about energy work and got certified in energy healings on an advanced level to help people heal the things we cannot see but we feel on a daily basis. These steps in my career have led me to own two businesses so I can give back to the community and people that are called to this healing work. Having a skincare regimen and healing myself energetically has impacted my life, my families, friends, and everyone else around me because they see where I’ve come from and sense my positive impact on the world just by being next to me. I want to help everyone look and feel their best every day because you can! You deserve to create the life of your dreams, heal yourself, heal others & heal the world!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The biggest struggle was finding the abundance to continue my dreams of being a small business owner and truly believing in myself that I could do or be anything. Not giving up was the hardest part but now the most rewarding! I worked hard, long hours, and multiple jobs to get where I am today, some all at the same time and worked while I was in school.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I love getting people into that relaxed meditative subconscious presence of being able to really enjoy the moment of self-care. When you come to get a facial from me it’s really about the whole journey from start to finish of indulging in all of your senses and feeling your best! I truly customize for each client’s skin on how to treat them and achieve effective results. I can set your up for long-term success with treatment plans, monthly memberships, or a special occasion spa day! I also love doing everything face, brows- lash lifts- tinting & waxing! And my newest fave energy healings, it’s a vibe!
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I am expanding my skincare business in the mountains to my wellness center to be able to provide everything in one place with everything you need to heal and grow. We have everything from skincare to yoga, meditations, sound therapy, energy healings, wellness days, holistic coaching, gift shop, health, wellness and so much more
