Hi Cess, we’re so thrilled to have you sharing your story with us today. Maybe we can kick things off by having you introduce yourself to our readers? We’d love to have you go into your story and how you got to where you are today.
Back in the day, while I was chit-chatting with my client over life and career, I mentioned about my dream of raising top-caliber virtual assistants and mentoring them to be able to provide my standard of service. My client was amazed, and told me “You know what? Your passion reminds me of the famous quote here in the U.S. that says, “When the tide rises, all ships rise.” She said she can see my passion as the tide, and my desire to help people can raise the status of both my mentees and our clients. Then I realized, “That’s it! It was ‘support’ all along!” Yes, SUPPORT is my core. That is my edge. I had this strong feeling that I was born for this. Supporting people with their practical needs is my mission. That was my AHA! moment. The rest is history.

To date, our team is passionately supporting businesses from various industries.

My success is the result of God’s faithfulness. I would always say that I am never a self-made person. It was all Him! I have seen His kindness in abundance that even the trials that I have faced were not in vain. He put me in touch with wonderful people whose support and goodness have brought me to where I am today. I pay this forward by being a good steward of the things I have and of the lovely people I get to partner with.

AGOS Virtual Support is a team of virtual assistants who are highly skilled in the field of social media management, admin support, lead generation, research, and website management. Aside from providing 360-degree virtual support, we also help create and distribute valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain our clients’ clearly-defined audience – and, ultimately, to drive profitable customer action. As a service provider, AGOS takes care of the tedious tasks so our clients can attend to the core matters of their company. We are on a mission to help them earn more by helping them focus on scaling their businesses! We believe that talents and skills come in all forms as long as commitment and passion exist. From a solo freelancer, AGOS has grown into a team of 10 members, and we keep on growing massively!

Working with Samantha is something I would forever be grateful for. I started as a VA in her company Axiom Communications, Inc., and has since witnessed how committed and dedicated she is as a person. In this industry, it’s a challenge to mix professionalism and compassion but Samantha is a person who works with a heart. How she works inspires the people surrounding her — always top quality and full of devotion. Her energy is contagious and it empowers you to do your best as well.

As the CEO of Axiom Communications Inc., Samantha has the ability to manage multiple, high-level enterprise marketing channels in a manner that is organized and effective. I have seen how she’s always thinking strategically and creatively about B2B marketing in the new normal, always considering the value of guidance through both traditional PR and digital marketing processes. I am always excited to collaborate with Samantha so when she asked me to co-found a company with her, I didn’t bat an eyelash. Remember the client that I was talking about earlier? That was Samantha! With her support and guidance, I was able to build and manage an incredible team of social media professionals and virtual assistants who have been able to support several enterprises. By managing and growing a talented and motivated team, our social media work is now making waves in the marketing of technology, professional services, and other B2B/B2C services.

They say that a true queen secretly sets another woman’s crown, and for that, I can say that Samantha is one amazing queen!
