Hi Dawn M, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
As someone who has always enjoyed taking care of others, real estate seemed like an ideal career field-
I wanted to serve and bring happiness to situations that can be stressful and emotional.
(especially after an unfortunate experience with my own home left me feeling like “just another number”).

I knew I could do better –
I wanted to do better.
I wanted to say to my clients, ‘come on, take my hand and let’s do this together!’ because real estate is much more than just buying and selling homes: it’s one of the most exciting experiences of our lives and I’m truly blessed to be a part of that journey with my clients!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has been anything but smooth..

I’ve had clients in jail… elderly widows.. nervous first time homebuyers… and everything in between-
and although every situation is different, every client is different- it’s so important to me that they know they are cared for and more than just a number.

We’ve been impressed with Dawn M Beaver Colorado Realtor, Coldwell Banker , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
As a real estate professional, a large majority of my clients are relocating to and from other states, so I do specialize in relocation-
as well as our luxury market, here in Colorado Springs.

But no matter the price point, I love helping my clients achieve their goals!

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
