Hi Devyn, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey began with the small, special moments I shared with my mom, who unknowingly fueled my fascination and curiosity with beauty simply sharing her moisturizer or her mini lipsticks, instilling a passion that would forever change my life.
Enduring a traumatic accident at 2 years old sparked a new interest in plastic surgery, lasers, and the world of medical aesthetics, and a new curiosity in “what could be” to help correct the damage that had always damaged my confidence.
After graduating high school, I began my journey to pursue a medical license, motivated to enter the world of medical aesthetics myself. Soon after, shifting my focus to pursue my aesthetics license, I began to establish myself, take on clients and polish my craft. A key turning point was working under the guidance of a dermatologist at a medspa, I discovered my true calling and knew that I had found my purpose – to uplift and inspire others through the transformative power of beauty and aesthetics.
I eventually ventured out on my own and opened my own business. I expanded my skill set and added permanent makeup to my list of diverse services including bridal and special event makeup, to brow and lash services, facials, and more.
Throughout my journey, I’ve formed so many amazing relationships, remained committed to ongoing education, pursuing degrees and new certifications, always striving to elevate my practice and provide my clients with exceptional results and unparalleled care.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
For the most part. However, nothing worth having is ever easy. I’ve gone through phases where I wasn’t as busy as I would’ve liked to have been, wondered if I was good enough, been doubted by those around me. had difficult transitional phases, you name it. At the end of the day, I always had the end goal in mind and that’s what kept me motivated.

The Beauty Caliber specializes in all things aesthetics. However, our most booked services are Special Event Makeup, Brow Lamination/Shaping, and Facials. We’re known for our quality of care by always treating the client as if we were them. We never skip steps or cut corners, and always make sure our clients feel confident and well educated after leaving our studio. We take pride in our perseverance, being 100% solo owned, doing every single thing from beginning to end on our own. With that, we strive to be the gold standard in what we do and always reach higher.
We want our potential clients to know: you have a voice. We WILL listen to you. You don’t have to be intimidated by beauty services, because we will always hear what you have to say, and triple check with you that we’re all on the same page to understand what you want. We always seek for results that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and features to ensure absolute confidence in us as your one stop shop for all things aesthetics.
