My journey began around 2017, just before my oldest child was born. I was drawn to exploring different herbs, and my mother-in-law played a significant role in nurturing that curiosity. Her encouragement sparked a passion in me to learn more about natural remedies and their benefits.

During my early days, I started by making herbal capsules for myself and my family. What began as a personal wellness practice soon turned into a side hustle. I found myself sharing my blends with my husband’s NFL teammates and their families, creating capsules and tea blends tailored to their needs.

I also experienced a completely unmedicated water birth, which deeply influenced my perspective and helped me embrace a mostly holistic, organic version of myself. This transformative experience solidified my passion for natural wellness and inspired me to share it with others.

Today, I run an online store where I offer placenta encapsulation services, herbal capsules, and carefully crafted loose-leaf tea blends. My goal is to provide holistic support to others through natural remedies and wellness practices, combining knowledge, care, and a deep respect for the healing power of nature.

It’s been a fulfilling journey, and I’m excited to continue growing, learning, and sharing this passion with others.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I wouldn’t say it’s been a smooth ride. Being a small business owner means wearing many hats—I’m not just focused on creating my products. I’m also the finance department, customer relations specialist, and marketing team all rolled into one. Balancing these roles has definitely been challenging, and there’s been a lot of trial and error along the way.

Despite the challenges, my favorite part has been diving deep into the world of herbal blends. I’ve loved learning how different herbs can address a variety of concerns and needs across all sexes and age groups. Creating a diverse herbal catalog that truly serves people has been incredibly rewarding.

The hardest part, though, has been figuring out how to make my products easily accessible to everyone. There’s so much that goes into streamlining processes, managing inventory, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

It’s been a journey filled with growth, lessons, and passion, and I’m grateful for every step along the way.

Personally:
What makes me happy is spending time with my husband, kids, and family—they’re my greatest source of love and support. My dog brings so much joy and companionship to our home, which is truly my safe space. I also find happiness in being outside, connected to nature, and living in tune with the circadian rhythm. These things bring me peace, balance, and a sense of fulfillment that grounds me every day.

Business-wise:
As a business owner, what truly makes me happy is helping people on their health journey. Whether it’s through placenta encapsulation, herbal capsules, or tea blends, knowing that my work supports someone’s healing or brings them comfort is incredibly rewarding.
