Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeanette Green.
Hi Jeanette, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hi, my name is Jeanette, and my journey has always been one of seeking—through motherhood, shifting identities, and ultimately the rupture that became my wake-up call.
Waking up from a coma in July 2019 was the moment everything changed. Before that, I was living in survival mode—constantly battling internal chaos, numbing pain, and seeking escape from the relentless negative thought loops that had taken over my life. It felt like I was just existing, not truly living.
That coma became a wake-up call—not just physically, but spiritually and emotionally. I knew I couldn’t keep going the way I had been. The experience cracked me open and invited me to radically reimagine what it meant to be alive, to be present, and to be in relationship with myself.
Since then, I’ve been on a deep journey of healing, self-discovery, and purpose. I’ve explored everything from trauma-informed practices and plant medicine integration to mindfulness and somatic healing. Along the way, I found my calling: to support others as they navigate their own healing paths, especially those who feel lost, stuck, or disconnected from themselves.
Today, I work as a psychedelic integration coach and space holder, helping others reconnect with their inner wisdom and move from merely surviving to thriving. My journey hasn’t been linear or easy—but it’s been real, and it’s led me to a life that feels deeply meaningful.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth road—and I don’t think it’s supposed to be. The unraveling, the grief, the identity loss… it was all part of it. There were struggles with addiction, disconnection, and emotional pain I didn’t have words for yet. Healing while studying became overwhelming—and at times, a welcome distraction from what was truly asking to be felt.
Coming out of the coma was one kind of rupture, and there were others of varying degrees—some subtle, some seismic. Some relationships healed, some fell away. My nervous system needed support to come out of fight/flight/freeze/fawn. I had to relearn how to be in my body, in the world, and with myself.
Somewhere in the midst of all that, I began to recognize what I named the sacred strange—the parts of healing and awakening that don’t follow logic or timelines, but still weave together. I’ve learned to trust the mystery inside the mess.
Trying to build a life that felt aligned meant meeting new versions of myself and reexamining what self-worth really means. It called for raw honesty and deep investigation—not just into what I valued, but why. I began redefining productivity, rethinking relationships, and noticing what brought me into presence rather than performance.
It wasn’t about achievement or appearance anymore. It was about coherence—how aligned I felt within myself. Eventually, I stopped chasing what I was told to want, and started following my own rhythm.
The way I live now is the way I guide—shaped by every step of my journey. My path has been non-linear, winding through labyrinths and spirals. So I don’t fix or force—I invite, I hold, I stay with. What looks like breaking is often an opening—a portal to something deeper. The path is unpredictable, alive, and it keeps unfolding.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I guide people through the often complex and sacred process of healing and transformation—especially those navigating life-altering experiences, plant medicine integration, or major life shifts. My work centers on creating safe, intentional containers where individuals feel resourced, supported, and empowered to let what wants to come through, come through—on their own timeline and in their own way.
I specialize in integration through a trauma-informed lens, helping people make meaning of their experiences in a way that honors their story and supports lasting change. My approach integrates body, mind, spirit, energy—and is rooted in presence, attunement, and deep listening.
What I’m most proud of is witnessing people return to themselves—building new habits, reconnecting with their inner guidance, and finding space to breathe again. I’m also proud of the ways I’ve learned to overcome fear by allowing myself to be guided—learning that receiving support is part of the path. Learning from so many teachers, spaces, and medicines has enriched me – and continues to shape how I live.
What sets me apart is my lived experience and the way I work—with the breath, meditation, presence, connection, body, feeling, untangling, and adjusting. It’s real, intentional, and integrated. I meet people where they are and walk with them as they find their rhythm again.
