Meet Madison Standke of Windsor, CO

Today we’d like to introduce you to Madison Standke

Hi Madison, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’m Madison Standke, founder of Soulful Solution, a brand and web design studio born out of my desire to serve women in wellness and heart-centered industries. My journey to Soulful Solution wasn’t a straight path—it was shaped by my personal experiences, my passion for design, and a deep calling to help others.

Before Soulful Solution, I helped start up a marketing agency in college and quickly climbed the ladder of success. By 22 years old I had it all— a beautiful apartment in the heart of Newport Beach, admiration from peers, and all the outward signs of success—but something didn’t feel right. I found myself exhausted, disconnected from my true purpose, and questioning how I could continue on a path that wasn’t fully aligned with who I was. It became clear to me that my work wasn’t just about marketing and design—it needed to reflect the impact I wanted to make in the world. So, I walked away and spent months healing, reflecting, and growing. When I was ready to return to work, I decided to step into something that felt more meaningful and true to me, something that allowed me to truly help others, and Soulful Solution was born.

I wanted to focus on working with women who were equally passionate about helping others but felt stuck when it came to sharing their work with the world. I saw so many amazing women, especially in the health and wellness industry, who weren’t being represented authentically. Their branding felt cold, clinical, and disconnected from the heart of what they did. I knew there was a way to create a brand that truly embodied the soul of a business, a brand that would speak directly to clients in a way that felt genuine, welcoming, and aligned with the founder’s vision.

Through Soulful Solution, I’ve had the privilege of working with women who are carving their own path—moms, healers, entrepreneurs—who want to make a real impact. The beauty of my work is that it allows me to combine my passion for design with my deep understanding of what it’s like to juggle life and business as a mom. The heart of my business is built on the belief that we should never have to choose between a successful business and a fulfilling life. I want to help women in this space feel seen, supported, and empowered to show up confidently for both their clients and their families.

Looking back, I’m so proud of the journey that led me here. From burnout to building a business that aligns with my values and passions, I’ve learned so much along the way. Soulful Solution is more than just a business—it’s a reflection of who I am, and I’m honored to be able to support women in building businesses that are a true extension of themselves.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
One of the biggest challenges I faced in my journey was dealing with the burnout and mental health struggles that led me to leave my previous career in marketing. I had achieved what many would consider success—running a marketing agency, hitting goals, and receiving recognition—but inside, I was completely depleted. I was constantly chasing the next milestone and, in the process, losing touch with the very things that mattered most to me: my health, my relationships, and my sense of purpose. Leaving the agency felt like stepping into the unknown, but it was the only way to reclaim my well-being and align my work with my values.

Another challenge came when my first son was born…. When I became a mom, everyone said my priorities would shift, that I’d no longer care about my work the way I once did. But that couldn’t have been further from the truth. If anything, everything I do—my family, my business, and myself—holds deeper meaning now. My passion for my work fuels my motherhood, and my motherhood inspires my work. But it wasn’t always like that. For a long time, being both deeply ambitious at work and a devoted mom felt like I was being torn in two. The guilt was constant. The pressure to be everywhere, for everyone, all the time was overwhelming. It felt like there was always something I was falling short of. When I stopped seeing my roles as opposing forces and let my ambition and my maternal strength coexist, that’s when I found the harmony I had been searching for. Motherhood didn’t take away my ambition—it gave it deeper meaning. It made me more intuitive, more intentional, more fearless in my business. And in turn, my work made me a better mom—more present, more fulfilled, more me.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
At Soulful Solution, my work is all about helping women build businesses that reflect their true essence. I believe that branding is more than just aesthetics—it’s about creating a connection that resonates with dream clients. My approach blends creativity and strategy, designing websites and brand identities that not only look beautiful but also work as powerful tools to elevate your business (and therefore, your life)!! When your business is set up with intention, your work becomes an extension of who you are, and that’s where the magic happens.

I specialize in developing brands that feel authentic, approachable, and deeply aligned with the values of the women behind them. Whether they’re offering therapy for new moms, empowering women through nutrition, or providing holistic beauty treatments, I ensure their branding and website communicate their purpose clearly and confidently. These women are the change-makers in their communities, and I’m honored to support them in amplifying their voices in a way that allows their businesses to thrive while staying rooted in their mission to help others.
