Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has been a bumpy road and getting people to trust me and acquiring regular clients has proved challenging.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
One of my favorite childhood memories is working the ranch with my dad—early mornings, cold hands, and fixing equipment just to get the work done. I learned quick that you fix what’s broke and you don’t quit until it works. Those lessons stuck with me.orite childhood memory
