Meet Michelle Mironova of Michelle Aestox

Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle Mironova.

Hi Michelle, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I got into Aesthetics right when I graduated Nursing school. It has been something I have been passionate about throughout school. I also worked as an acute care bedside nurse. I balanced between the two, working both medpsa and at a hospital. I was also going to school full-time. Very shortly after, the pandemic hit, I quit the medspa and worked full-time on a covid unit. I would be working 16 hours shifts back to back. After long hours of working, I would train and learn the in depths of aesthetics, it was something I did not give up on but instead re-evaluated what exactly I wanted to pursue and accomplish with it. I ended up graduating with by bachelor’s in nursing and decided to quit my job and move to Denver, CO from MN. I had many offers to work for plastic surgeons and medspas and get back into doing what I love most but I decided that It wasn’t for me. I opened my own aesthetics clinic because I wanted to do things my way by my rules. I was way too passionate and wanted to change the game in aesthetics. I had my own vision and very own approach as an injector. Staying true to myself and my patients is how I got to where I’m at today and maybe someday, I will be able to go into detail about all the little details of what it took to get here.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I believe it’s never a smooth road for any business owner. It all comes with its ups and downs. This is a journey for me that will forever teach me things as well as change, evolve, and make me grow as a person. We are all unique in our own ways. There will be so-called “standards” and ” rules” to follow, but you got to remember that those are just made up and there are no rules to your own business. You make up the rules. It is ok to be different and unique, that is what makes you special…

We specialize in neuromodulators and dermal fillers. We are a fast-growing clinic with just a year in Colorado, we have been awarded recommended provides in America. We customize each treatment plan to fit each of our patients. It’s not a one size fits all. We are very honest and stay true to our approach with each of our patients. We will not sugar coats things. Our approach is not only cosmetic injections but health and wellness as a whole.
