Today we’d like to introduce you to Mimilena.

Hi Mimilena, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started my Content Creator journey about 3 years ago. I started streaming on Twitch as a hobby alongside working as a Music Teacher. It gave me an outlet to be creative and have a good time gaming with other like-minded people on the internet.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not always been a smooth road but it definitely has been a satisfying one. There are many mental struggles with creating content online as well as being “online” all the time in front of an audience. Plus learning how to edit as well as marketing strategies to promote your brand online is a skill that takes a lot of behind-the-scenes work.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I create content on Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter. Most of my content consists of out-of-the-box challenges like beating games using musical instruments as controllers. I’ve beaten both Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom with an Ocarina as a controller as well as Only Up with a recorder and Ultros with a piano. I went viral for beating BOTW with an Ocarina so I think that’s my proudest moment so far.

Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs, or other resources you think our readers should check out?
I use Obsidian to keep all of my work organized. It’s honestly a lifesaver to keep everything in order and I also have it synced to my phone so I can have it on the go as well.
