Meet Olivia Graziano of Littleton

Today we’d like to introduce you to Olivia Graziano.

Hi Olivia, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my business in 2017, but my journey with photography and filmmaking began a little earlier, on the other side of the world. I started my professional career as a humanitarian aid and documentary filmmaker for a production company based in Washington, DC. That role took me to places like Kenya, Uganda, and Cambodia, where I documented the daily lives of people in some of the most remote corners of the world. It was there that I fell in love with the power of storytelling because no matter where you are, everyone has a story worth sharing!

I made the leap into full-time wedding photography and filmmaking in 2019. Since then, I’ve had the honor of capturing over 350+ weddings and elopements across the U.S..

Now, I live full-time in Denver and have expanded my business to encompass adventure sports, boudoir photography, and family photography. I’m a traveler and an adventurer at heart, I love mountaineering, climbing, trail running and bike packing. I love anything that challenges me and gets me outside!

fun fact: I am locally famous for riding a bike 8,000 miles solo and self-supported across South America. I documented the journey with my camera along the way

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Starting over in a new place was quite a challenge. Relocating meant leaving behind all the connections I had worked so hard to build in D.C. I had to reintroduce myself in a new market here in Colorado, get my name out there, and earn the trust of a brand-new community.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?

Alternative and artistic wedding photo and film for the offbeat & adventurous.

My wedding photo and video work is rooted in a dreamy cinematic style that makes you feel like you’re watching a scene from Tree of Life. Whether I’m behind the camera or shaping a concept, I strive to create visuals that resonate and emotionally linger long after the frame fades.

I have been incredibly lucky to travel and see some of the farthest flung places in the world. I have traveled to over 70 countries and I bring a global lens to everything I create. What sets me apart is not just technical skills or artistry but that I carry a sense of humanity into my work. I’m most proud when my work makes someone pause, feel something real, or see the world a little differently.

How do you think about luck?
Well I do suppose I am “lucky” to be alive in a sense that I made. it, unscathed across South America (except for my knee – 5 stitches)

As far as Wild of the Moon goes ….
When I first started my wedding business in Washington, DC, I was lucky to build momentum pretty quickly. I connected with the right couples early on, built strong vendor relationships. I didn’t even advertise, I relied only on word-of-mouth

That said.. relocating my business to Colorado came with its own set of challenges. I had to essentially start from scratch, rebuild my network, and re-establish my brand in a new and highly competitive market. There were definitely moments when I questioned the move.
