Meet Phil Eubanks of Summit View Window Cleaning

Today we’d like to introduce you to Phil Eubanks.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I lived in Lubbock, Texas for about 30 years and just found myself kind of meandering through life. I managed to go back to college when Covid hit in 2020 and started studying jazz guitar for the next few years after, but being in Lubbock, it was very hard to get involved in an almost non-existent scene. I hit a point where I needed to find a full time job!

I started applying to random places and ended up working for an amazing window cleaning company. To my suprise, mentally, physically and fiscally I was able to elevate my life to a point I’d have never imagined!

My girlfriend had already been in Colorado, so my whole goal became focused on getting out of Texas and up into CO!

Within 9 months of working, I was able to get my life together and save enough to move out of Texas!

After a few months of being in Denver I started seeing how over-saturated the market was and how a lot of companies approached the service as ‘just another job.’

Coincidentally, a good friend from Texas (and the same window cleaning company) also moved up here and ended up at the same company I was at.

We figured (as cliche as it is), if you want something done right, you just have to do it yourself. And we knew exactly what to do.

We started Summit View Window Cleaning in February of 2025, and within 4 months had reoccurring residential and commercial clients to the point of where we started working 7 days a week!

We take a lot of pride in our work and our customers and want to bring that standard to this industry. This is a Luxury service and we treat it as such!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
We’ve absolutely had some ‘troubleshooting’ issues, but I think a lot of that comes with most starting businesses.

We are fortunate to have enough people around us who’ve also been in similar situations with business, so we are attempting to absorb and apply as much as we can to make our journey as smooth as we can!

There are still a lot of things we have to learn, but this whole journey has been extremely exciting and we are anxious to elevate and push boundaries for ourselves!

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
We are a professional window cleaning service! We specialize in anything that is glass cleaning!
We clean anything from commercial offices/restaurants to residential houses and apartments!

There are a lot of window cleaning companies, especially here in Denver, but what we feel separates us from the rest is our person-ability, quality and efficiency. We don’t look at houses or customers as ‘just another job’. We understand that this isn’t just a part of your property. This is a service that you can absolutely benefit from when executed properly. Increasing the longevity of your windows and also adding an extra bit of efficiency to your energy bill!

We’ve worked extremely hard to make sure our techniques and quality are beyond what anyone would consider a general window cleaning service. We want to provide you with a Summits View!

It’s only fitting for Colorado!

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
I can’t say I have any advice the would be the ‘right’ advice for finding mentors or networking. Just talking to people really opens a lot of doors. And with us cleaning out in the field all day everyday, that’s all we do is talk to people! It’s amazing hearing everyone’s stories and backgrounds!

We have some really good people around us and in our family and professional settings that really help when it comes to some things we don’t know. We just ask questions!

I think when you can talk to people and just listen, theres a connection you can make with them, and as humans, it’s something we need at a base level.

And with that, comes opportunities you have to act on!
