Hi William, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Attorney by trade since 1991. Real estate investor since 1992. Written six published books on real estate and business topics. Past president of the Colorado Association of Real Estate Investors. Spoken to audiences at business and real estate events as many as 16,000. Promoted 15 annual real estate conventions in Colorado from 600 – 900 people. Teach business law and real estate at Charis Bible College.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Is is it ever for an entrepreneur? No, ups and downs of the real estate market, mistakes, lawsuits, lost money on transactions and business ventures. But in the end, it all worked out!
