Hi, I’m Brie Fowler with The Fowler Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, a proud third-generation Realtor based in Erie, Colorado. My career is a blend of compassion, expertise, and a deep understanding of people’s needs, which stems from my 16 years of nursing before transitioning into real estate.
Since becoming a Realtor in 2016, I’ve built a highly successful team and achieved numerous accolades, including being named Agent of the Year by Rate My Agent in 2022 and 2023, where I ranked #1 in Colorado, Boulder County, and Erie. I’m also recognized as a Top 5 Realtor in Colorado by Top Rated Local® and a consistent awardee for excellence in client service. What sets me apart is my people-first approach—whether I’m helping buyers find their dream home, sellers maximize their sale, or coaching clients through life changes like divorce or relocation, my goal is always to build trust, create meaningful relationships, and provide exceptional service.
I combine this with my social media expertise and creative marketing strategies, using platforms like Instagram to connect with my audience and make real estate relatable and fun. My personal brand is rooted in authenticity, positivity, and a commitment to helping others achieve their dreams—whether that’s through homeownership or simply finding joy in the journey.
From nursing to real estate, my path has been all about helping people. I’ve turned that passion into a thriving business, where I’m able to empower my clients and give back to the communities I love. That, to me, is what makes this work so rewarding.
Alright, so our main goal today is to give our audience an update on what you have been up to since our last conversation. We’d love to hear how things are going and what you are most looking forward to or excited about these days.
Thank you for asking! It’s been an incredible journey lately, filled with growth, new challenges, and exciting opportunities. My real estate business continues to thrive, and I’m proud to have recently been ranked in the Top 1% of Realtors in the nation and recognized with multiple Rate My Agent awards, which are such meaningful validations of the work I do for my clients.
Lately, I’ve been focused on deepening my connection with the community, both online and in-person. Social media has been a game-changer for me—not only as a way to market properties but as a space to share my personal journey, inspire positivity, and showcase the fun side of real estate. Whether it’s a quirky reel, a creative staging idea, or celebrating a client’s success, I love bringing authenticity and joy to my audience.
On the personal side, my journey toward a healthier, more balanced lifestyle is another exciting chapter. I’ve embraced gluten-free, minimal sugar, and caffeine-free living, along with regular exercise, and it’s been transformational. These changes have fueled my energy and focus, which spills over into my work and relationships.
As for the challenges, navigating a competitive real estate market isn’t always easy. I’ve had to get creative with pricing strategies, leveraging my Price Expert Badge skills to ensure my clients get the best deals, whether they’re buying or selling. I’m also working on a new branding project to better communicate the values that drive me: trust, connection, and helping people achieve their dreams.
What I’m most excited about these days is seeing the positive impact my work has on people’s lives. From helping first-time buyers navigate the process to creating content that resonates with my audience, I feel deeply fulfilled by the work I do. I’m also gearing up for some fun community events and collaborations that I can’t wait to share more about.
It’s a constant evolution, and I’m grateful for every opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with others. There are so many exciting things on the horizon, and I’m looking forward to sharing these next chapters with you all!

What do you want people to remember about you and your brand? What are some of things that you feel are most important, unique, special, etc?
What I want people to remember most about me and my brand is that it’s all about people. At the core of everything I do is a commitment to building trust, understanding each client’s vision, and helping them achieve their dreams—whether that’s buying their first home, selling to move onto a new chapter, or overcoming challenges like divorce or relocation.
I want my clients and community to know that I see them as individuals, not transactions. My brand is deeply rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a dedication to making a positive impact in people’s lives. The sunflower, which has become a personal symbol for me, perfectly represents these values. Sunflowers are bright, resilient, and always turn toward the light—just as I strive to bring light and positivity to every interaction, even in challenging times. They also stand tall and strong, much like the foundation of trust and integrity I’ve built my business on.
What’s unique and special about my brand is how it blends professionalism with personality. From creative social media content to offering free staging for my sellers, I go the extra mile to make the real estate process enjoyable and rewarding. I also bring a unique perspective with my background as a nurse, which has given me the ability to listen deeply, solve problems creatively, and stay calm under pressure.
I want people to remember that I am here to guide them through one of the most significant decisions of their lives with care, confidence, and fun. Whether it’s through my signature sunflower touch or simply the way I make people feel valued and supported, my goal is always to leave a lasting, positive impression.
