Rising Stars: Meet Christian Hernandez

Today we’d like to introduce you to Christian Hernandez.

Hi Christian, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My co-founder of Lens Clique and I have always been interested in photography, landscapes were nice and simple to get done, so we branched out to car and bike photography, and since then we have grown to appreciate all types of photography. A couple of years ago we had been discussing the idea of starting a company, but because of where we were in our lives it wasn’t ideal.

Around November of 2022, we decided to start our company, it hasn’t been a tedious process, but we have been trying to get our name out there so we can provide a friendly and cost-effective experience with our work. We love what we do, and we want to share our love for the craft with everyone. Our love for the work we provide is shown by the pictures we take.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s been as smooth as starting a company could be, I will say the most difficult part is getting our name out there.

We built our website and got some beginning photos to show our work. Being young and trying to start a business doing something we love requires a lot of effort, and some people don’t take us seriously, because of that.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We are photographers first and foremost, we gained most of our experience through car photography, but also do portrait, real estate, and product photography.

We feel like the style of our photos is what truly sets us apart from others. whether it’s raw or edited, we always try to put in the effort to make sure the clients get what they want, and love it.

What do you think about luck?
We are lucky to have the friends and family we do, they’ve supported us through our venture and even provided work for us to better build our portfolio. We don’t like relying on luck and believe you get out what you put in.
