Rising Stars: Meet Olivia Christy of Denver

Today we’d like to introduce you to Olivia Christy.

Hi Olivia, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
The Aprés Sauna story starts back in 2017. During my time playing college basketball, I was constantly battling pain and soreness due to multiple ACL tears. I realized there was an entire aspect missing to my training – recovery. This interest brought me all the way to Aprés Sauna in 2025 . I am passionate about bringing recovery to anyone, anywhere. We love providing a fun atmosphere in the sauna full of sweating, dancing, music and community.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Quite literally the road itself is the biggest “bump in the road” as Denver is full of potholes and having a large traveling sauna with delicate parts inside has led to many broken pieces and replacements. We had never driven a trailer before this and it turns out just getting from point A to B can be the hardest part!

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
The three of us running Aprés Sauna have our own respective careers. I am a CPA, Brookelyn is a Nurse at Colorado Childrens Hospital and Carly is a pre-physicians assistant student at Indiana University. We each love our Jobs/Careers so running Aprés Sauna is just an added benefit to our lives! We truly love getting to work both.

How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
We are always looking for unique, out of the box partnerships. We are open to any ideas, the more out there the better!

Pricing:

• $200/hour for all Denver area rentals (brand activations, pop-ups, and private rentals)
• For Non-front range events, we ask you fill out our inquires form for pricing as price is largely dependent on travel time.
