Rising Stars: Meet Sarah Reinhardt

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sarah Reinhardt.

Sarah, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I grew up with these abilities I didn’t understand and that I hated for so long but now are what I am most grateful for. I grew up in New York to a family that was incredibly open and very much believers in the spirit world, thank God! It took me overall, about 24 years to truly embrace them and realize that they were a gift to assist myself and others in our healing journeys, and not a curse.

When I finally embraced them (with the help of some beautiful souls who came into my life and were a part of this world) the business part came rather by accident. I felt called to be more “open” with this world I was finally accepting and joined the world of TikTok (which I was adamant I would never join). From there, much to my surprise, the videos I posted started to gain traction!

People started to find interest in my truth and talking about what my journey had been like and I started to do some readings on that platform that people were really resonating with and then built confidence to read for people around Denver and the rest is history!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I have been so grateful for all of the love and support I have received. I genuinely save EVERY email I receive from clients telling me how much our session has helped them and resonated with them. However, what I didn’t account for when this business “accidentally” started, was the BUSINESS part of it.

Silly, I know. I am a psychic, I resonate and live very much in the flowing, impulsive, spiritual kind of energy, and having to ground myself and also handle the more practical and financial parts of the business is something that I am learning as I go. It is a journey I am grateful for; it may be the more stressful part of the journey, but it is a balance that is good to have in this world!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a Psychic Medium and Reiki healer, but I tend to refer to myself as a “Past Life Psychic” because that is the readings that people come to me for and what I like to say I specialize in. I was born Remembering my most recent incarnation pretty vividly, which is something I struggled with for a long time. I didn’t understand what it was at a young age, it led to vivid memories I tried to run from, feeling out of place in my body, recurring PTSD dreams, and subconscious fears and blocks that manifested into my current life as Sarah.

When I didn’t understand where all of this came from and the validity of it all, I just tried to shove it all down deep and not think about it or talk about it. As I got older (never seeking out any psychic or person in that field out of fear), I found myself in places where these people would walk up to me and tell me it was time to embrace all that I was and to stop running from it. The real moment I decided to embrace it was when the spirit of my grandmother (my beautiful, supportive, loving spirit guide) came to me to tell me it was okay to embrace this part of me and that it was “time” when I was in my early 20’s.

Finally embracing the effect this past life (and others) had on me led to a healing I didn’t know was possible. I ended up moving to the part of the world where my past self lived and going to places she had lived and been to. Visiting these places her trauma lived led to finding relief and release so I could live this life and leave that one behind. Once I started working as a psychic and Reiki healer, I found other people’s past lives coming up during sessions and readings.

When delivering these lifetimes to them during our sessions, I would hear things like “I never knew where that fear or memory came from” “That theme is recurring in this lifetime too” or “I feel relief knowing that this feeling or block didn’t come from nowhere”. There is a healing in knowing where your soul has been. Whether you remember it or not, it affects you in this life, and being able to help people release these blocks and fears has been a dream I didn’t know I had growing up.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Being able to connect with people and assist in their healing journeys is truly what makes me happy.

What people don’t realize is that when they come to a psychic or healer, that energy is infectious, and as much as they feel they have learned and healed from our help, we learn and heal just as much from connecting to their energy!

People coming to me and trusting me with their energy is an honor, truly. It is something I will never get tired of or take for granted.
