Story & Lesson Highlights with Becca Armstrong

Becca Armstrong shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Hi Becca, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Outside of work, one of my greatest joys is sailing. In 2020, my husband and I both became certified sailboat captains, and we love taking our family and friends on sailing trips. At just five feet tall, managing a boat can be both mentally and physically challenging for me. I was excited and terrified to go through the certification process, but my love for sailing carried me through. Today, it’s one of my favorite experiences—it combines adventure, challenge, and freedom, and it always reminds me of the power of leaning into what you love, even when it feels scary.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Becca Armstrong, creator of the Live in Success System and Founder of The Armstrong Center for Transformation and Thriving. For over 26 years, I’ve had the honor of helping professionals and entrepreneurs around the world move beyond the self-doubt, stress, and subconscious limitations that hold them back. What I’ve seen time and again is that people who are brilliant, capable, and driven often still struggle because they’ve been taught to chase success with strategies, mindset hacks, or sheer willpower. The truth is, lasting success doesn’t come from pushing harder—it comes from rewiring the very system inside of you that determines how you think, feel, and perform.

That’s what makes the Live in Success System unique. It’s a neuroscience-based process that works directly with your nervous system and subconscious codes to remove hidden barriers and reprogram your inner patterns for success. Instead of fighting against yourself, you start to experience flow—greater confidence, resilience, and freedom to thrive without burning out or sacrificing the things that matter most.

This isn’t about endless self-help or staying stuck in therapy. It’s about equipping you with the tools to finally live in alignment with your highest potential. My clients often tell me that once they go through this system, they don’t just achieve more—they feel whole, energized, and truly successful in every area of life.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child, I believed there was something wrong with me—that I was unlikable, not good enough, and unworthy of belonging. Being bullied until I was thirteen left me living in constant fight-or-flight, trying to please others just to feel safe. I truly thought I had to earn permission to exist.

But halfway through my seventh-grade year, at one of my lowest moments, I made a different decision. I chose to claim my power. I stopped waiting for others to see me, and instead, I finally saw myself—my light, my worth, and my gifts. I made a friend, and that friend was me. The moment I stood in my authentic power, everything changed. The bullying stopped, new friendships came, and for the first time, I belonged simply by being myself.

Today, I help my clients do the same. I guide them to release the old patterns of self-doubt and unworthiness, so they can stand in their power, be their authentic selves, and shine in their lives and careers. We are not meant to hide in the shadows. We are meant to live in our light—fully, unapologetically, and free.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes, there was a time I almost gave up—when I first went into private practice as a psychotherapist and transformation coach. I did everything wrong. I spent thousands of dollars on advertising, and hardly anyone responded. The few who did were mostly looking for something free, not for the deep work I offered. It made me stop and search my heart: Why was I really doing this? Was it about getting clients, or was it about something more?

The answer was clear. My passion has always been helping people heal, transform beyond limitation, and thrive. I know we are designed to live a life we love—and I have the tools to help people make that possible, rapidly and successfully. That’s when I shifted everything. I stopped chasing clients, stopped trying to tell people what I could do, and instead got out into my community to serve. I started showing them what was possible.

Within a month, my practice was fully booked, and I soon had a waitlist. That experience taught me one of the most powerful lessons I still live by today: when you lead with service and help people achieve tangible results, everything else falls into place. Givers truly gain.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, the public version of me is absolutely the real me. I live and breathe everything I teach and coach. If I lead it, guide it, or share it with a client, it’s because I’ve tested it, used it myself, and fully validated its effectiveness. I walk my talk.

If you were to ask my family and friends, they’d tell you there’s no difference between my professional self and my personal self. The same principles and tools I give my clients are the ones I use to create my own fulfillment, success, and well-being. I don’t just teach transformation—I live it every day, and that’s why I’m so passionate about helping others experience it too.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
If I retired tomorrow, my clients would miss the systems and processes I’ve created—subconscious and neuroscience-based tools that truly are game changers. These methods help people heal, transform, and level up their lives in seconds to minutes, without having to review or relive the past. They’re unlike anything else in the field of coaching, and right now I’m the only practitioner who knows them.

That’s why I’m in the process of creating a certification program for therapists and coaches, so these resources can reach more people. Until then, my clients often describe these tools as the closest thing to a magic wand—because they don’t require belief or years of effort. Even when someone has tried everything and nothing else has worked, these tools get it done. They create the breakthroughs that allow people to finally live the results they’ve been working so hard to achieve.
