Hi Faith, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What are you being called to do now, that you may have been afraid of before?
I’m being called to create boldly—and to be fully seen in that creation. For a long time, I stayed behind the scenes, unsure if my work—or my voice—was enough. Perfectionism kept me frozen. But now, I feel called to let go of needing a plan or outcome and simply trust the process.
Whether I’m behind the camera, painting in my studio, or building a floral arrangement, I’m no longer waiting for permission. I’m allowing myself to explore, to play, and to share that process with others. There’s a deep vulnerability in showing up this way—in letting people witness the raw, evolving parts of my artistry—but I know that’s where the magic is.
Through Faith Danielle: A Creative Collective, I’m not just making art—I’m building a life where creativity is allowed to lead. I’m saying yes to the projects that once felt too tender or too big. Yes to visibility. Yes to flow. Yes to the part of me that’s always been drawn to beauty and expression—and is finally brave enough to claim it.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Faith —an artist, photographer, and founder of Faith Danielle: A Creative Collective, the home for all the ways I explore and share beauty, creativity, and connection. My work spans painting, photography, and floral design, all guided by a deep belief that art has the power to heal, uplift, and bring people together.
Through Sunshower Designs, I create nature-inspired works in watercolor, collage, and mixed media—often centered on florals and personal transformation. With Look 4 Light Photography, I document the world through a lens of softness and soul—capturing light-filled portraits, intentional brand stories, and the quiet wonder of nature.
At the heart of my work is Ananda Blooms—a compassion-centered initiative where every artwork sold funds the gift of fresh floral arrangements for people in care facilities. It’s my way of turning creativity into something tangible and kind.
To deepen this mission, I also offer bi-monthly watercolor courses through Ananda Blooms. These classes aren’t just about technique—they’re about making space for joy, presence, and creative reconnection.
A portion of every piece of art sold and every photography session helps fund future bouquets and courses for residents at care facilities. This is where my creativity becomes part of a larger circle of giving.
What makes my collective unique is its rootedness in intention. Whether I’m painting, teaching, photographing, or delivering flowers, I’m always creating from the heart—making space for beauty that feels real, nourishing, and quietly transformative.
Right now, I’m focused on growing Ananda Blooms, expanding my offerings, and continuing to build a creative life that reflects what I value most: kindness, creativity, and the power of art to light the way.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The part of me that doubted my worth and hesitated to claim my identity as an artist and entrepreneur has served its time. That version stayed small and safe, afraid to step fully into the light or own the value of my gifts. But Faith Danielle: A Creative Collective was never meant to be contained by fear or doubt. It’s a space of growth, expansion, and wholehearted expression.
Now, I’m releasing that old story—trusting the process, trusting the timing, and most of all, trusting myself. This letting go feels like freedom, making room for the next chapter where I show up fully, create boldly, and invite others to do the same.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
You don’t have to prove anything to anyone to be worthy of love, success, or happiness. Your creativity isn’t just a hobby or a side note—it’s your language, your heartbeat, your truth. Even when it feels uncertain or slow, keep making, keep dreaming, and keep showing up for yourself.
There will be moments when doubt creeps in, but remember: every step you take, every brushstroke, every photo, every flower arranged is building a life far richer and more beautiful than you can imagine right now. Trust that the pieces will come together in their own time, and that the journey itself is a kind of magic—shaping you into the artist and creator you’re meant to be.
Hold space for your dreams, nurture your gifts, and above all, be gentle with yourself. You are already enough.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I am deeply committed to Ananda Blooms—a project born from the belief that beauty, when shared with intention and kindness, holds a profound power to heal and connect. What started as a quiet “what if?” has grown into the heart of my creative work and purpose.
As part of this mission, I teach bi-monthly watercolor courses to residents in assisted living facilities. These classes have become something truly special—residents eagerly look forward to each session, often asking for more time and inviting friends to join. The pride they take in their artwork and the friendships formed within these moments create a ripple of joy and community that nourishes everyone involved.
Alongside teaching, I deliver fresh bouquets directly to residents. There’s no fanfare or recognition—just quiet, personal moments of connection. These private interactions are the true driving force behind Ananda Blooms. They ground me, inspire me, and fuel my creative spirit in ways I never expected.
No matter how long this journey takes—five years or beyond—I’m committed to nurturing this mission. Because giving beauty and kindness, especially in these intimate, unseen moments, is never wasted. It reminds me daily that creativity isn’t just about making art—it’s about making meaning, healing, and connection in the most human, heartfelt ways.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I’m finally doing what I was born to do. For so long, I followed the path that looked “right” on paper—what others expected, what seemed practical or safe. But deep down, my soul whispered there was more waiting for me, something truer and more alive.
Today, every part of Faith Danielle: A Creative Collective—from the brushstrokes, to the intentional light captured through my camera lens, to the hand-made bouquets I deliver—feels like coming home. It’s a home I didn’t know I was missing until I found it.
This isn’t just a career or a hobby; it’s a full embodiment of who I am and what I came here to offer. I’m no longer doing what I was told I should do. I’m doing what I choose—what lights me up and feeds my spirit.
That choice has been the most freeing and healing part of my journey. It’s taught me to trust my own voice, honor my rhythms, and celebrate the unique gifts I bring into the world. It’s a daily practice of showing up, creating with intention, and letting my authentic self lead the way.
