Story & Lesson Highlights with Kami Guildner of Evergreen

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Kami Guildner. Check out our conversation below.

Hi Kami, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What’s the most surprising thing you’ve learned about your customers?
The biggest surprise? My clients aren’t chasing success in the old way anymore. They’ve checked all the boxes, hit the milestones, and realized that’s not what fulfillment looks like. Now they’re defining prosperity on their own terms. More spaciousness. More joy. More alignment. And they’re proving that when women build from their truth, purpose and profit rise together.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m a business coach for women entrepreneurs who are ready to grow and scale thriving, soul-aligned businesses with more money and more mission. I’m also the author and founder of the Extraordinary Women Ignite Conference and Extraordinary Women Radio. I help women raise their voice, visibility, and impact to build businesses that reflect who they are and the legacy they’re here to create. My Soul+Strategy approach blends deep inner wisdom with strategic, intentional action because sustainable success comes from alignment, not overdrive. When women lead from their truth, they create movements. They inspire others. They change industries. They shape culture. That’s what lights me up.

Right now, my focus is helping women amplify their visibility and revenue through my Movement Maker Mastermind, guiding them to step into their next level of prosperity, presence, and impact. It’s about scaling with soul and creating a ripple of women’s wisdom that moves the world.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
Travel has always shaped how I see the world, but Tibet changed everything. At 16,000 feet, surrounded by stillness, I found a small spiral seashell buried in the dirt, an impossible find so far from the sea. That moment became my life’s metaphor. We are all spirals, ever evolving and ever expanding, and every experience carries wisdom for what’s next. That seashell reminded me to slow down, to listen, and to build from soul. It was the moment I began walking away from corporate success and toward purpose-driven prosperity.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Stop shrinking. You were never meant to dim your light to make others comfortable. Your voice is meant to be heard. Your presence is meant to be felt. The world needs your wisdom. The moment you stop apologizing for your power is the moment everything begins to align.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I’m deeply committed to raising up the voices and businesses of one million women around the world. Through my programs, podcast, and events, I’m creating a ripple effect. Every woman I help goes on to lift others through the work she does, expanding the impact in ways we can’t even measure. This is what drives me every day—the vision of women’s wisdom changing the world, one soul-led business at a time.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope people will say that I helped women remember who they are. That I encouraged them to trust their inner knowing, speak their truth, and lead with heart. I want to be remembered as someone who lit the path for others to rise, who showed that business can be joyful, purposeful, and filled with impact. That my work created a ripple of women’s wisdom that continues to shape the world long after I’m gone.
