Let’s jump in: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
On average, Upon waking I grab my Bible to read a couple of chapters before rising. I then mentally plan the events of the day. That takes about 90 minutes or more before morning hygiene etc.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hello, My Name is Tracy, and I am a plant lover who started a plant company to educate, assist, and encourage people on their plant journey!
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
When I was first diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, I fell into deep despair with the notion that the life I lived would change. As I sat on my back porch for weeks suffering from mental and physical pain, the only relief came from the blooming flowers and vegetables growing in my garden ( which I always start with planning annually in the spring). As I pondered the future with limitations, I began to realize my lifelong affinity toward
plants, both Indoor and out, would be the catalyst to shape the new world I would navigate. Because of the challenges associated with MS, I now have the opportunity to discuss, share, and encourage individuals on how, what, and why plants and the plant world impact our lives and well-being from the inside out, which is how I always lived! Now it is evident as the owner of the plant company The Plairent🌸
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me to ask for help and activated resilience and courage to look beyond the suffering. Perhaps not seemingly as important otherwise.
