Inspiring Conversations with Katie Moseley of Electric Katie Healings, LLC

Hi Katie, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
The journey to start my small business as an intuitive energy healer was a winding path. In art school, I had a professor advise me that my “experience” as an artist was not four years of college—it was all of the experiences in life that have shaped me. I think that is a universal truth. After college, I taught art near Chicago. Then I taught middle school science in Texas. However, I was being called to a niche that combined both areas. Over the next few years, I had a couple life-threatening incidents that vastly shifted my perspective. I gave birth to my two daughters, moved to Colorado, and went through a divorce. While contemplating my next step, I wrote a memoir and took subtle energy awareness classes. I began connecting with guided consciousness and tapping into my clairvoyant abilities. I spent a year diving deep into alternative modalities of healing, which allowed me to deprogram from limiting beliefs about my existence and find a deep sense of peace.

I worked with numerous mentors and traveled to South America to expand my consciousness and realign with my Higher Self. There came a point when I could no longer go through the motions of a life that wasn’t honoring my true self. I decided to resign from my teaching position and start my own business, using my intuitive gifts. I expanded my website to include my writing, as well as my healing services. Then I started reaching out to my community and offering sessions at local metaphysical fairs. I knew I could have a deeper impact on the world if I helped others connect to messages from Spirit and guide them back to their true selves as well. As an intuitive energy healer, I understand this is what so many people seek. I set the intention to become a clear channel of consciousness for myself and others. I am filled with immense gratitude to be able to hold space for others as they face their fears, become vulnerable, and open up to their greatest potential. I feel extremely blessed to do this work.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I love a dirt road, but I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge the many challenges along the way. However, I view my hurdles in life to have been a part of my training for intuitive energy work. They expanded my depth of reference. There’s no other way to relate to the human experience than being immersed in as many aspects of it as possible. The key was transitioning my ups and downs into an experience of riding the ebb and flow. Sometimes letting go of everything creates a blank slate that is full of nothing but potential, and that’s a great space to be in. I harnessed the fuel of that space and leaped into the unknown. To start your own business is a giant trust fall into the Universe. I had to let go of all preconceived ideas of financial stability, block out the people who didn’t “get” what I was trying to create, and stay engaged with a place of inner knowing and belief in my vision. Ultimately, I kept taking the next right step, and it led to another next right step.

We’ve been impressed with Electric Katie Healings, LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I provide intuitive readings and energy healing remotely from my home, as well as out of The Healing Studio in Broomfield. Since I work with the unified field of consciousness, I am able to transcend any distance using Zoom, but meeting in person is always a pleasure! Many people find me when they are experiencing anxiety, feeling disconnected in their purpose, are in a phase of feeling stuck, want perspective on recurring negative patterns, are ready to expand their potential, and have a desire to connect with their soul. Intuitive healing invokes universal energy that is powerful and subtle, which is the essence of all things created and living. Once I am tuned into the client, we begin to peel the layers. I connect with consciousness and work with intention to read the subtle energy “bodies.” I specialize in untethering old programs and guiding the client to release things that are not serving them.

This can be empowering for the client, as stagnancies are brought into awareness and energetically lifted. I enjoy sharing knowledge about mindfulness practices, mantras, and guided meditations. I love helping people step into their heart space, shift paradigms, and manifest new paths. I have three certifications in Subtle Energy Awareness from The Healing Studio in Broomfield, Colorado. I worked closely with spiritual mentors and volunteered time to provide intuitive readings and energy healings as a part of my growth as an energy healer. I’ve also completed Reiki Level I at Sunrise Reiki Colorado. I have a Level I certification in Shaman’s Meditation as well as completed The Sacred Life Mentorship through Dream Tree Wellness in San Diego, California. I took Polarity I through Colorado School of Energy Studies in Boulder. My meditation background includes a certification of Mindfulness and Awareness from The Awareness Training Institute in association with the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley.
