Today we’d like to introduce you to William “Mac” Anderson.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Mac. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I am a fourth-generation carpenter and have been working since I was 12. My Dad would bring me to his jobs and train me on pouring concrete, framing, roofing and everything in between. I had a great teacher and was born with a passion for fixing things.
After college, I worked alongside talented contractors who shared their expertise with me. I am grateful for the skills gained over the years which now greatly help me in my Handyman business. There is rarely a job that I encounter that I have not had experience with.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The Handyman job has gone very smoothly due to my past experiences. However, I have learned that my true passion is to fix current properties to help people live more comfortably where they are.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Mac’s Handyman Service – what should we know?
I do a vast variety of Handyman jobs from installing doors to scrapping popcorn ceilings and everything in between. I am known for my willingness to do any job, big or small, with the same attention to detail and professionalism. I have done many projects that other Handyman were unwilling to do because of the small size or complexity. I will tackle almost anything.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Integrity first and foremost. I finish what I start and treat the client like I would want to be treated.
