Today we’d like to introduce you to Katie Moseley.
Hi Katie, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey began deep in the hallways of the abyss. I heard a voice, “You are about to enter another dimension. A dimension not only of sight and sound, but of mind. A journey into a wondrous land of imagination.” The television was on in the other room, but no one was present. People were rarely present in the house I grew up in. They were on autopilot. The narrator on the television echoed something I was familiar with. The Twilight Zone. Is that what they call this place? I thought it was called Earth.
My first memories include pondering the rays of light shining through the curtains in my bedroom, and observing my parents, wondering who these people were. I did not arrive bonded to them. I could hardly understand them. They were speaking a different code. I kept trying to learn, but I didn’t take to the program. It did not compute, and I don’t think it was intended, because I am from another dimension. I tried to assimilate and acclimate, but it became clear to me, other people were barely trying. It came more natural to them. That’s when I concluded, I am not from here. I am from “out there.” As I felt this aching knowing in my heart, I missed home, just as all Starseeds do. But this is where I am now. And Now is all that exists. Sometimes “now” feels like an eternity. It is.
I forgot the main principles. The Laws of the Universe. I forgot, as we all do. That’s kind of the point. That’s what makes it fun. That’s what makes it hard, sad, blissful, furious, inspired, desperate, infatuated, excited, thrilled, amorous, longing, rebellious, relieved, fearful, and everything in between. The perception of separation. Feeling energy in motion as it passes through us in waves. I went deep into the illusion on my path. The illusion of the illusion. It allowed me to understand the experience and the current conditions of consciousness from multiple angles. This is how I can be of better service.
When I reached the Geo Pin, they woke me up. My Guides. They said, “you are never alone. You never have been, and you never will be.” They shared I had been in a fog, much like the people around me, but it was time for clarity. I did not remember, so I took steps to re-member. I went on a 5 year quest to purge my body and my brain. I detoxed and deprogrammed until I arrived at the original Blueprint. This is the frequency that allows me to access my Channel. I attribute the creation of my first two books a result of opening that Channel.
In addition to doing psychic readings and group channeling, I teach classes on intuition, mindful meditation, and speak about identifying and healing from emotional and psychological abuse. As a transpersonal counseling graduate student, I practice compassion and mindfulness through a spiritual lens for mental wellness. I am an advocate of psychedelic medicine and entheogens in support of healing and the expansion of consciousness.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I am a survivor of Coercive Control, which is an insidious form of Domestic Violence not yet codified as a crime in Colorado. While recovering from being sexually assaulted in 2008, I married a man who escorted me through the wheel of power and control. I was led deep into a house of mirrors filled with smoke and false exits. For a decade, I questioned my reality until I became extremely sick with illnesses associated with chronic accelerated levels of cortisol. This is common for survivors of severe psychological abuse. My hair began falling out and my digestive system quit working. When a person stops being a victim and starts being a survivor, statistically the abuse gets worse. Exponentially, because when there are children involved, there are systems involved. I couldn’t go “no contact” like therapists recommended. The systems won’t allow it because they operate within the consciousness of coercive control too. My father, a coercive controller himself, used to call it “big brother” or “the man.” If we pan out, we can see the cycle of abuse occurring on a macro-level, not just the micro-level of intimate partner relationships. I like to view it from this perspective. If we fall for the stigmas that domestic violence is someone else’s “personal problem” “lower class” or “immaturity,” then we fail to see how society fits into the larger dysfunctional “family” system. The societal cycle of abuse—we are all in it on some level.
My strongest asset has been my intuition, my consciousness, and my connection to Spirit. No one could validate what I was going through, or tell me what was real. I had to learn to trust my gut, feel into my heart, and find my way out of the darkness back into the Light. I aligned with my Higher Self and began a journey of personal sovereignty. This is one of the reasons I am passionate about teaching intuition. There is no analyzation qualified to pinpoint gaslighting and manipulation with the same level of accuracy as our internal system does when consciously attuned. We are our own greatest tool. Our organic human body system detects incongruence and sounds the alarm in the form of the sympathetic nervous system. If everyone around us says, “you’re fine” and there’s a sociopath displaying constructed charm with no authentic empathy, our body will respond. If we don’t listen to the message, we may develop things like PTSD. The process of healing requires a break from the stimuli, which means we need relief from the socioecological model of oppression. This is why I am an advocate of the root cause in mental and physical health. The medicine is within, which is a blessing, because in this time of awakening, there are many uncanny valleys without.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am an artist by nature. I love to create. I think part of being an artist is channeling creation from your Higher Self. This can be as an expression of emotion, a reflection of the human condition, or a connection to something more ethereal. When I am channeling, whether it be for a client, or artistic endeavor it comes as a strong pull through my heart chakra. Love is what inspires all I do. Over the last year I channeled my energy of creation, ability to teach, and gift for creative writing into self-publishing two books. I wove together threads of neuroscience, spirituality, and the metaphysical through my own extraordinary journey—chronicled in my memoir “Electric Katieland: A Journey of Awakening” and explored through the fantastical lens of “Switching to Analog”—an avant garde sci-fi novella, inspired by the Crystalline Spectrum. My intention is to inspire and empower audiences to embrace their unique gifts, heal any unconscious trauma, see through the veils of constructed illusion, and contribute to a collective awakening of consciousness.
As a Psychic Channel at Electric Katie Healings, LLC, I connect with Spirit Guides to access information from the quantum field that assists clients in the rapid evolution of their soul. This work speaks to my soul in a similar way as creating art does. I love the connection and feel blessed to be able be a contact point between human vulnerability, strength, trust, and Spirit. I exchange information from higher states of consciousness with speed to provide clarity and expanded awareness. I specialize in identifying and reseting old programming, embracing multidimensional reality, integrating spiritual awakenings, and embracing a heart-centered presence. Ultimately, I am able to witness clients take hold of their own journey in the Great Mystery. I have a passion for teaching clairvoyance and mindfulness meditation. For me, teaching is an art form that allows me to illuminate the intersections of science and spirit. Being a mother to my two magical daughters has become a constant source of inspiration, reminding me daily of the importance of nurturing attachment bonds and the ripple effect of my transpersonal work. Our beloved cat, Alpine, has been our mystical mascot on this wild journey. There is a growing collective of creative, sensitive, and highly intuitive children that need tools and language to access pathways to their Divine gifts. These children are psychically gifted in creative ways that the current construct is trying to stifle, “disorder,” and “other.” My core belief is that there is nothing wrong with us as spiritual expressions in human form. Any limiting belief that suggests notions to the contrary, lowers self esteem and dims our light. Children, especially, need our advocacy to thrive in mind, body, and spirit.
I am most proud of the work I’ve done with my own consciousness and intuition. I embraced the powerful rite of passage of the Divine feminine ignited through motherhood. My journey led me deep down the rabbit hole of mental health, perceptions of reality, constructed social norms, and the DSM. I was born into a severely dysfunctional family that taught me what it feels like to lose my sense of Self and be clouded with the confusion of mental, emotional and physical abuse. Despite being scapegoated and having my emotions pathologized and weaponized, I was able to break the spell for myself and exit the toxic family system. During my spiritual awakening I reunited with my clairvoyant gifts. I’m grateful I was able to go beyond the stigmas of psychedelics and understand they are medicinal, healing, and connection points to expanding consciousness. I’m fascinated by the neuroscience and transpersonal aspects of these medicines as well as meditation itself. This complex path has offered me a multitude of experiences that tested my mental resilience for things challenging the integrity of my consciousness. The DSM can be intimidating for those with psychic abilities, and I value the opportunity to offer another lens for people who walk between both worlds.

I eagerly welcome opportunities to collaborate with other alchemists, wayshowers, and catalysts of awakening engaged in the revolution of consciousness, expressing greater self-awareness, empathy, and connection. I’m focused on speaking, teaching, and promoting the meaningful substance and authentic story sharing contained within my two books. I have seen many artists pushed to their limits to create content, commodify and submit to the relentless demands of the algorithm. I feel blessed my journey resonates with so many and perhaps gives a voice or validation to those who are still in the dark night of the soul. It feels like hanging out in the studio with the other artists and idea-generators like when I was in post-secondary art school earning my BFA in Conceptual Sculpture. I’ve always been drawn to philosophical discussions that elevate the human experience, weaving its beauty and depth into the fabric of the cosmos.
