Check Out Jennifer Siebert’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Siebert.

Hi Jennifer, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I suppose it’s hard to pinpoint exactly how I got to where I am. An accumulation of events led me to Sound Healing. As someone who has lived with depression and anxiety I was always looking for relief from racing thoughts and heavy feelings. I experienced my first sound bath when I moved to Denver six years ago. And as much as it sparked an interest in me back then I didn’t feel a true calling to learn the art until last summer. I had a handful of discussions with my therapist at the time about becoming certified and she agreed that it was something I should follow through on. So that’s what I did. I feel it was both a choice and my intuition that led me to it.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s been smooth for me, but only because I’m not putting any pressure on any particular outcome. I owned a Salon for 6 years and in similar fashion I followed the mentality of what is meant to be will be. I trust my gut and stay true to myself. Adaptability was the biggest lesson from owning my last business and that has stuck with me in every experience in life. Sunny Bluebird Healing has the potential to grow into a full-time venture, and if that opportunity arises, it’s something I would wholeheartedly embrace. Sound healing is about transforming not just my own life, but the lives of others as well. That’s what it’s all about.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Sunny Bluebird Healing isn’t my full-time job—I work in a different field—but I’ve always been an artist within. Writing is my true passion, and in 2023, I self-published a poetry book titled Sunny Bluebird: A Collection of Poems on Love, Heartbreak, and Self-Discovery. Both writing and sound baths have been powerful outlets for my own healing, which is why I decided to combine the two for my sessions. While I don’t consider my Sound Baths groundbreaking, the sessions are genuine and come from the heart.

How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I would love to collaborate! I don’t have a set location of doing Sound Baths around the Denver area. I’m very much open to going any where to help share the healing power of sound! The more collaborations the merrier. Following social media or attending my Sound Bath Sessions always helps of course.
