Shannon, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Playing competitive club and college basketball instilled in me how important a team-oriented culture is. We focus on empowering each other through support and collaboration.

Female confidence is key; that’s why we love the instant satisfaction of hair extensions. We are honored to be working with a boss babe brand like SILX Global Luxury Hair Extensions. I’m so grateful to be their Lead I-Tip Educator.

Through these collaborations, we’ve been featured with Hollywood influencers, as well as an upcoming event in Las Vegas.

Health and wellness are a huge passion of mine, which is why we’re excited to announce TWELVE & CO. This is a totally toxin-free hairline, where we’ve already had a soft launch of our wet brushes we designed in-house.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
#unoffendable! No, but really, any businesswoman knows that to make it, you have to be unoffendable. Personal growth comes from choosing how you react to the good and bad, as well as surrounding yourself with positive people who support your goals. Anything worth doing is worth doing right. As long as your drive motivates you to power through the ups and downs, that’s what sets you apart in the end.
