Conversations with the Inspiring Stacie Staub

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacie Staub.

Founder and owner of West + Main Homes, Stacie Staub is a Colorado-based Real Estate expert with over 15 years of experience in both residential sales and industry marketing.

She is also the conference-loving junkie behind Genuine Hustle, which is fast becoming one of the most popular and in-demand formats for real-life teaching and learning in the Real Estate space.

When Stacie isn’t helping her agents reach their business and career goals, you might find her on stage sharing her best tips and tools or appearing as a guest on both local and national webinars, radio shows, podcasts and conferences. She also combines her love of Real Estate with her passion for teaching in order to help agents to grow their business in an organic, genuine way.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Although I didn’t start out wanting to be in Real Estate, I have to admit this industry found me, and I love it. With a Bachelor’s in Communication with a Focus on Entrepreneurship, an MBA and a Master’s in Marketing, I really thought I would end up working on the Today Show… except it turned out that I don’t really love big-city life, and I REALLY don’t love the tediously slow pace of video production.

Instead, I ended up discovering my love of Real Estate, and a renewed love of my hometown, in a really twisty-turny way. I met a super cool guy who happened to be British by way of Israel, convinced him to move to Colorado and start a software company, and became his Marketing Director. Along the way, we had 4 kids, I got my Real Estate license, and the rest is… my history.

I would say that this journey has been 50% taking a leap, and 50% being pushed off a cliff…either way, I figured out how to build a parachute on the fly.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into West + Main Homes story. Tell us more about the business.
West + Main is an independently owned and operated boutique Real Estate concept specializing in residential properties in Downtown Denver and Front Range communities, established in February 2017.

We are foodies, gardeners, travelers, wine lovers, yogis, artists, dog people, cross-fitters and mountain wanderers. We love afternoon drinks on a sunny patio, live music at Red Rocks no matter who’s playing, and a Bronco game at Mile High. Our unique interests and passions allow us to better understand our clients’ varied needs – and to serve them in an authentic, knowledgable and genuine way.

Our team is carefully curated. Local experts who know both the Real Estate process as well as the greater Denver area’s unique communities, neighborhoods, and homes fill our roster. We aren’t trying to be the biggest brokerage in town – but we do make it our mission to treat every client with the same level of care.
