Daily Inspiration: Meet Jeff Lehmann

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeff Lehmann.

Jeff Lehmann

Hi Jeff, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
McGill Trail Fabrication is a professional collaboration of designers, builders, creatives, entrepreneurs, and above all guys with a passion for riding. We founded the company here in Colorado in 2015, drawn together by the common drive to create progressive and sustainable premier riding destinations. This is the rare culmination of friends with a shared vision for building world-class trails.

McGill Trails are designed for riders by riders. We have built trails all over Colorado including, Keystone Bike Park, Staunton State Park, Frisco Peninsula, Virginia Canyon Mountain Park in Idaho Springs, Mill Creek in Vail, Cougar Ridge in Vail, Wellington Park in Breckenridge, North Trail in Vail, Summit Sky Ranch in Silverthorne, Groovy Uvy in Dillon, and many others.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
We have been continually working to cement our name in the trail-building industry. It has been a lot of work to prove that our attention to detail is worth the extra effort upfront. Ensuring that our trails are the most sustainable and progressive in the industry.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
The world of biking is exploding and the demand for a wide variety of trails and styles comes along with it. MTF is well-versed in all of them. Our projects have included lift-serviced downhill, cross country, backcountry flow-tech, and new school jump trails pushing the ever-growing standards of biking.

From beginner greens to advanced double black pro lines, we ensure that each trail will provide an exceptional and fun riding experience for the desired user. McGill Trails takes pride in being rider-built. Every trail and feature is tested by the McGills. This ethos drives us in every project no matter what difficulty or style presented.

So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
We are always looking to collaborate with other designers/builders. You can reach us through our website www.McGillTrails.com or our email info@McGillTrails.com.
