Exploring Life & Business with Kyra Mitchell of Black Rose Face Studio

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kyra Mitchell.

Hi Kyra, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
Ever since I was a little girl, I wanted to build a life for myself that I would be proud of. I grew up in a small town in Wisconsin and moved to Colorado almost 5 years ago to start a new life. After a few years of exploring different passions, I started a beauty business in the RiNo art district of Denver called Black Rose Face Studio. I specialize in luxury custom facial treatments and tooth gems. I also fell in love with content creation, fashion, and freelance modeling. Any chance I get to be creative, I take it!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I’ve had a rocky journey to get here, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve learned the most about myself and the world while experiencing hardships. The past belongs in the past, I’m just happy to be here 🙂

As you know, we’re big fans of Black Rose Face Studio. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I’m a licensed esthetician and certified tooth gem tech. I get to work for myself, which is the best feeling in the world to me. I specialize in custom facials, chemical peels, and tooth gem designs. I love my job and I love my clients even more. Making a positive impact on someone’s appearance and confidence is so fulfilling and beautiful to me.

How do you think about happiness?
My friends and family, my dogs, traveling, fashion, music, art, and making others feel good. There are so many things that make me happy. There is so much to be grateful for.
