Hi Amity, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
In 2018, I became licensed as a real estate agent in Colorado. I worked with a small boutique brokerage that supported my training and development, I quickly realized that selling properties wasn’t my passion, but I loved contracts and organizing.
In 2019, I started offering Transaction Coordinator services and expanded to another state where I also became licensed. Over the last 4 years, my team and I have processed thousands of transactions in several states and worked with over 50 agents.
I see a need for transaction coordinators in the real estate industry and offer coaching and training for transaction coordinators and consulting for real estate brokerages.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Overall, it’s been amazing. The largest struggle was how quickly I needed to scale and develop systems that would support my efforts in doing so.

We offer training for brand-new real estate transaction coordinators, coaching for new and established transaction coordinators, and consulting for real estate brokerages.
One of the things that sets us apart is offering this range of services like training. With my clients I train, I will get into the details and processes of actually HOW to execute a task. I am known for my authenticity and patience. It’s important to me to always approach training and coaching with a sense of curiosity and compassion.
