My journey has always been rooted in a deep fascination with human consciousness and psychology. However, my path shifted from observation to action during a profound spiritual awakening between 2020 and 2021. Triggered by my Saturn Return and a series of life-altering events, I began to uncover suppressed truths about my own history and the trauma I had previously normalized. As I moved through my own healing, my innate gifts—including medical intuition and channeling—emerged naturally. During this time, the name ‘Nova Gaia’ came through to me with total clarity. I received the vision that I was to ‘give birth’ to this energy—a mission to bring higher consciousness to the planet and create a ripple effect that benefits the entire globe. I knew the name and the purpose of Nova Gaia before I even had a formal business plan; I simply knew it was my calling.
Today, as a Hypnotherapist, Psychic Healer, and Ceremonial Master, I use my expertise in subconscious reprogramming and shadow work to provide the safe, professional container required for this level of transformation. My mission is to offer a space where clients can heal their lineage, remember who they are, and reclaim their power, acting as a gateway to the higher frequency of Nova Gaia that I was shown years ago.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?

It definitely wasn’t a smooth road. The journey began with a profound period of awakening that brought suppressed childhood memories and generational patterns to the surface. As I gained clarity, many experiences I had once normalized revealed themselves as moments where boundaries were crossed and my voice had been minimized. That realization required deep inner work, difficult honesty, and the courage to step away from people and environments that no longer felt safe or aligned—even before I fully understood why.

For nearly four years, my life became very focused and inward. I was raising my children, running my business, and doing intensive inner work, while living very quietly and intentionally. At the same time, I was in a marriage marked by emotional distance and growing competition rather than support. While it gave me physical space to go inward, it took away what could have been a place of safety. As my inner world was unraveling, I often felt unseen, unheard, and emotionally unsupported at home—especially during moments when sensitivity and understanding were most needed. That absence of emotional grounding was one of the most difficult parts of the journey.

There were moments that felt incredibly dark, where I questioned my worth and purpose. But instead of repeating old patterns of resentment or retaliation, I chose healing and conscious separation. I focused on breaking generational cycles, rebuilding self-trust, and creating a healthier internal foundation.

That process transformed everything. What once felt like loss became liberation. What once felt like pain became purpose. Today, my work is rooted in walking alongside others through their own healing journeys—offering clarity, support, and light in places I once had to navigate alone.

Looking back, I am most proud of my resilience and the fact that I never gave up. I didn’t fully realize how resilient I was until I walked through these challenges; I see now that my entire life was a training ground. It taught me the strength of my own soul and showed me that while I am self-sourced, my heart remains open. I am deeply proud that after everything I have gone through, instead of isolating myself, I have chosen to stay present and hold space for others. I never doubted my connection with Spirit, and I listened to that guidance no matter what obstacles appeared. It is from this unwavering trust that Nova Gaia was born.
Nova Gaia is already an established learning center for Reiki and Astral Travel, and we are currently expanding into a comprehensive school where I teach Ancient Cosmology. My curriculum is guided by a process of continuous revelation; these teachings come to me piece by piece as direct spiritual downloads, unlocking new pathways and higher-dimensional data as I progress.
To bridge the gap between Spirit and Science, I am pursuing a degree in Neuroscience so that Nova Gaia will eventually become a recognized clinical space where higher-consciousness healing is fully integrated with medical expertise and advanced education. I am building a future where Nova Gaia serves as both a legitimate clinic and an academy for the new world.

What I love most about the Denver and Aurora area is the incredible variety and the ‘seeker’ energy of the community. There is so much room here to explore and try new things, from random pottery classes to the many metaphysical spaces that allow for connection and growth. I love that there is always a class or an event happening—this city has a vibrant, active spirit that encourages people to get out of their houses and engage with life.

If I look at the current landscape, what I find most challenging isn’t specific to our city, but rather the general sense of disconnection and uncertainty we are seeing across the country right now. There is a stark contrast between the higher-dimensional harmony I work with in my sessions and the ‘noise’ of the current reality many people are navigating. However, this is exactly what drives my mission; the more unsettled the world feels, the more I feel called to provide a safe sanctuary for our local community to find their balance and reclaim their power.
