Hidden Gems: Meet Stephen Mcmillon II of Koncrete Eden

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephen Mcmillon II.

Hi Stephen, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started doing ecommerce about ten years ago with my first Koncrete Eden. In 2015, I moved to San Diego to get mentored by a multi-millionaire. He taught me everything I know now. I started helping people and small businesses generate 6-7 figures online. I’ve had five students make seven figures and about 42 make six figures. After moving back to Colorado, I wanted to go back to my passion with Koncrete Eden, my first brand and start a shoe brand.

It is a faith and a motivational shoe brand. We believe in cultivating the very best version of yourself and staying Koncrete with others and God. We believe in creating shoes that are extremely comfortable for any event in life.

I still coach and consult others on how to build a successful e-commerce or online business. But I am also coaching a football team and building up young men in the community.

I am currently working on a few projects with companies to bring more awareness of their mission but through sneakers. I am also doing a shoe project where we are giving away shoes to the homeless and less fortunate kids.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
When I first moved to San Diego, I only had $200 in my pocket and a box of clothes. Everything was riding on me becoming successful while living and learning there. My mentor brought out the best in me but challenged me in multiple ways. He even fired me at one time and pointed to push me to the next level. I faced multiple failures before I became successful. I faced multiple trials and challenges but success is a journey not a destination. So I am continually growing and challenging myself to even more levels.

As you know, we’re big fans of Koncrete Eden. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
My shoe brand is Koncrete Eden. It is a faith-based and motivational brand.

I also teach people how to generate 6-7 figures online with e-commerce / dropshipping, building an online consultant agency, how to write a book, social media marketing and advertising.

I coach how to build a clothing/shoe brand.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing out for me, I was shy but always creative. My parents have me involved in multiple sports year-round. I was a decent student but I wasn’t in love with Football. I wanted to be just like my dad and make it to the NFL but become successful by having a long career. I am the middle child of Steve Mcmillon Sr and Lisa Mcmillon

I’ve been designing shoes since I was 12 years old in hopes to work for Nike or getting an endorsement deal with Nike.
