Today we’d like to introduce you to Agnes Wsol.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I’ve been a Hairstylist for over 20 years and love it more and more every year. Over a year ago, my family and myself we moved to Colorado from Chicago to be closer to the mountains that we fell in love thru the years coming here to ski or mountain bike. When the opportunity to own a salon happened, we didn’t think twice about it. With that, I’m learning new things every day and trying my best so everyone that visits Vaia Salon is super happy with their hair service but also very importantly that every client has the best experience possible.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It’s never smooth sailing unfortunately, but if you want it you have to it. Learn from your mistakes and keep going! My personal challenge was social media ( still is) I created my professional IG over a year ago after move, to promote myself and was very impressed how my clients found me thru social media. It wasn’t easy, I struggled, I learned and I’m still learning. Its super important these days.

Please tell us about Vaia Salon.
I love being creative, every client is different and after a great consultation, I can create a specific color and cut for that particular client. I specialize in Highlights and Balayage, love the versatility of it. Not two clients will have the same outcome. I also really enjoy Special Occasion Hairstyles ( UpDos). It’s absolutely magical to be able to be a part of a bride’s day!

 As a Vaia Salon, we strive to provide more than just an average salon experience. Our vision is to offer our client best experience possible and provide a positive, relaxing service. Our focus is always on achieving Your Style!

 We are very proud of our team, as we are all different, we all bring individual personality that together creates an amazing passionate team that cares for the same – Awesome Hair and Best Experience for a Client!
