Life and Work with Alexandra Kyle

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexandra Kyle.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Alexandra. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started my blog AlexandraKKyle this year to have a creative outlet. I am fashion obsessed and love sharing all of my finds. I love mixing high-end fashion with very affordable options to complete a look. I have also found a lot of joy and it has been very therapeutic writing blog posts. I have experienced a lot of big life change these past few years, and blogging is such an amazing way to connect with other people. I love sharing lessons, things about my family, and just everyday life. It is also so great to learn about others’ journeys and how they have become who they are and how they have gotten where they are.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
For the most part, it has been a smooth road. I would say my biggest struggle is keeping open time for myself to blog and share. It seems like life is in turbo speed right now and days go by and I am like, wait where did the day go? My biggest advice thus far would be to just take it day by day and always make time for yourself to do what feeds your soul and mental health. Easier said than done, but this is one thing I try to achieve every day. Some days I do and some I don’t… overall, maintaining balance is my some days my greatest achievement and other days my biggest hurdle.

Please tell us about AlexandraKKyle.
Two years ago, I opened a local women’s fashion boutique in Denver with my sister, which then inspired me to start getting a little more personal and start blogging. I love showcasing all of the new arrivals we receive in the store and how to mix them in with your everyday wardrobe. It has been so fun watching both the shop and blog grow and meeting a whole new group of women that I may have not have without these two platforms.

Who have you been inspired by?
Most importantly is my mom. Watching her grow her own business, and handling the highs and lows that came with that was so inspiring. She never quit. She has raised myself and my siblings with how important your character and integrity are. Those are what define us and they are our best accessory. Treating others the way we want to be treated and always remembering everyone we meet has their own journey and we never know what battle they may be fighting. She lives by this every day and it is so amazing hearing the way her employees look up to her and admire her.

I have also found other bloggers like Arielle Charnas very inspiring. It has been so amazing watching them turn everyday blogs into huge companies. It is very inspiring to know that with hard work, dedication, and of course a little luck the opportunities are endless.
