Meet Brian Valant of Urban Pine Ltd. in Highlands

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brian Valant.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I first got into real estate as a mortgage broker in 2003. I enjoyed helping clients get into their dream homes. I then became a licensed realtor as well. I moved to Hawaii where I also practiced real estate before coming back to my home state of Colorado to raise my family. I recently opened my own real estate brokerage called Urban Pine. We help people buy and sell homes and can assist people in managing their rental properties as well.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Moving to Hawaii for eight years was an amazing experience, but it did cause me to have to take some time getting back into the Colorado market when we returned to Denver. I made sure to reach out to my clients and former colleagues and created a strong network of relationships again. Denver is our home now and we are happy to be back!

While we specialize in the Highlands, Sloans Lake, LoHi and Denver metro areas, we can truly help anyone in Denver and the surrounding areas. Having grown up in Golden, I’m familiar with the entire metro area and feel comfortable helping any client wanting to buy, sell or rent their home. We are known for our hard work and dedication to our clients. We take the time to truly listen to what our clients want and need and we then use our resources and knowledge of the real estate market to make it happen. We are truly proud of the relationships we create and the trust we instill in our clients.
