Meet Bruna Piaui Graf of Bruna’s Cheese Bread

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bruna Piaui Graf.

Hi Bruna, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started a food truck in 2019 serving sandwiches on the cheese bread. Due to COVID, I had to take a step back and come up with a new business model. I am now focusing in providing my local customers with nutritious, delicious authentic Brazilian cheese bread that can be found at Denver Farmers Market through summer starting in May and on our website brunasbread.com. My mission is to serve the community and with the belief that all women and children should be empowered to reach their dream.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It’s hasn’t been a smooth road. Starting a small business, it can be very challenging for every small business owner, specifically when you have a new product to introduce to the market. Financial struggle can be one of the most challenging when being small. But I keep positive, dreaming big and the word “give up” doesn’t exist on my vocabulary.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We make our Brazilian cheese bread from scratch. Every week small batches are made so our customers can eat a fresh delicious Brazilian cheese bread. Because we use tapioca flour, our cheese bread is Naturally Gluten Free. Our bread is good from breakfast, snack, appetizers or dinner rolls. Freezer to oven and ready in minutes. We offer to deliver around Denver and aurora. Orders can be made on our website and deliveries are made weekly as well.

My favorite book is Secret of the Millionaire Mind – T. Harv Eker
