Today we’d like to introduce you to Craig Williams.

Craig, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Body Bar began in the late ’80s as the originator of the ‘weighted exercise bar’. We are the recognized leader in product quality, breadth of product offering, programming, and training.

I purchased the company in 2010.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The fitness industry is quite fun, yet challenging. There are many programs, disciplines, and practices a person can follow to exercise, with a wide variety of equipment to use.

Body Bar – what should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
The Body Bar is a classic fitness tool; a simple, one-piece solid steel, weighted fitness bar encased in high-quality easy grip rubber. User-friendly, cost-effective and versatile, the Body Bar can be used in group exercise at the fitness center, as well as for personal training, physical therapy, and home workouts.

The Body Bar is utilized in a wide variety of workouts. It is perfect for strength and conditioning, circuit and interval classes, kickboxing and martial arts, and sports conditioning. It is terrific for Barre and Pilates workouts, as well as for Yoga practices. And it is ideal for balance, alignment, and flexibility training.

While there are many imitators of the product, Body Bar stands out by experience, quality, and a very loyal following!
