CavemanChefs was founded in 2014 by Chef Owners David Kenney and Edward Coulombe, we have been friends, more like family, for over 25 years! Both David and Eddie grew up on a farm, Connecticut and hold a true respect and appreciation for sustainability, animal and land management alongside health and wellness.

We started as a local Denver food truck, then evolved into a successful Paleo Meal Delivery Service! We were Denver’s first paleo meal delivery company! We now offer Paleo, Keto, AIP, FodMap, and Sibo meals among several other dietary plans to fit your needs. With over 60 years of combined foodservice and event coordination experience, CavemanChefs is a name you can trust.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It goes without saying that every small business experiences struggle at some point along their journey! At the end of 2013, our former business partner and childhood friend decided to move his life in a different direction. This left Caveman Chefs at a crossroads, but with a strong will, hard work and determination, we pulled through and are thriving better than ever!

Please tell us about Caveman Chefs.
We are a successful Paleo Meal Delivery Service. We were actually Denver’s first paleo meal delivery company! We now offer Paleo, Keto, AIP, FodMap, and Sibo meals among several other dietary plans to fit your needs.

We are known for our fresh and high-quality ingredients. Unlike other meal delivery companies, we only provide the highest quality meats, sustainable seafood and organic ingredients at ALL times. No exceptions. We believe that to function at your highest level, you must fuel your body with the highest quality ingredients! We are proud to offer this to our customers.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
Swimming holes and rope swings on my Grandmother’s farm! Nothing beats summer memories in the country. Oh and that time that we forgot Eddie at the ski resort! Sorry, Buddy!
