Meet Fabian Mosquera

Today we’d like to introduce you to Fabian Mosquera.

Fabian, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I’ve been making music since may 2018 but I’ve been singing my entire life for about as long as I remember, I was in choir all throughout school and I was in the two top choirs in my high school. My bestfriend Dima got me into freestyling and I made my first song with him. A couple of months later, I meet jarred another one of my best friends and we made a mixtape together. I was hooked by this time. I loved the studio vibes and i love singing and making music so I continued. Fast forward one year and I had just gotten my own home studio, fast forward another six months and here we are and I’m making the best music of my career but haven’t released any of it.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth road but it’s been fun. I have made lots of cool accomplishments like going to perform in Texas and hitting 100,000 views on my song dance for me on YouTube. but mentally you always want more or at least I do and so, for the most part, it’s been a mental struggle I think financially it’s been kind of a struggle since I wanna do so much with my music and I always have fresh ideas and I just don’t have enough money to back it up all the time.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I would have gotten a home studio much sooner because the home studio has helped me evolve as an artist more than anything I’ve done so far and it’s helped me find my sound and helped me learn A very valuable skill on knowing how to mix my own vocals.
