Meet Jess Bubbico

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jess Bubbico.

Jess, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Hey! My name is Jess Bubbico and my business is “Jess the Intuitive.” I work as an intuitive medium & intuition educator which basically means… I see dead people and teach people how to see dead people also. (Kidding, kind of). Let me go a bit into my story.

When I was a kid I always said I had really great “ESP” which to me meant I was really good at guessing almost to the exact penny what the cost of the grocery bill would be when I was eight years old and had no real concept of money. I also had a connection to those who had died. I can remember specifically being in the 5th grade at the grocery store with my mom, turning ghost white and knowing that our good family friend had just died. Pretty much down to the minute.

So long story short, that scared the living be Jesus out of me. I went on through school very type A, very anxious, needing to get perfect grades, get into grade school, land a corporate job making a ton of money, and make a ton of money.

So I went to graduate school and became a Speech Pathologist because the potential seemed great and I loved science. I moved to Charlotte, NC and loved my friend group. After about a year there, I found myself miserable in my job and without that same group of friends. I was anxious, gaining weight, and in the thick of a quarter-life crisis. I was finding that working in a 9-5 didn’t suit me and I had a lot of personal healing and unpacking to do.

I went to a psychic and while I was there I told her, I really think I can do what you do. I ended up taking her intuitive development class and that was it. I started my business doing intuitive readings and teaching others to do the same. After about 18 months of running my personal business and still working part-time as a Speech Pathologist, I took the leap and went full time for myself.

It was awesome and terrifying. About nine months after that, I sold my stuff and started traveling the world & teaching in-person and online classes. I now have a signature course which is called “Becoming Academy” which is all about stepping into your intuitive & psychic gifts. I am creating a global community where men and women are tapping into something so much greater than themselves… and I love it!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Oh heck no, as an entrepreneur, no LOL.

I would say learning how to run a business, in general, has been a challenge – fun but challenging.

Learning how to keep personal and professional boundaries.

Learning who to hire and how much to pay.

My business is called Jess the Intuitive. I am an Intuitive Medium & Intuition Educator. I specialize in helping men and women to understand the world of energy and how to begin listening to their own intuition and inner voice. I tend to work with men and women who have natural intuitive gifts meaning, they’re often highly empathic (they can feel the energy & emotions of others), or they have a natural abilities to connect with those who have crossed over ( they just don’t know how to intentionally connect or disconnect from this gift).

Intuitive readings help people to gain clarity on the bigger picture of what’s currently happening in their lives. It helps them to see things from a higher perspective to gain clarity & understand how to navigate more effectively in their lives. It also creates opportunities for healing.

I also teach a signature course called “Becoming Academy” which is all about understanding and strengthening your intuition. Participants in the class learn how energy works, how to connect with their intuitive gifts, how to give intuitive readings (whether they use them to help people as intuitive readers or not- this is up to them. They can begin to use these skills in the boardroom or even the bedroom for that matter), and also how to manifest in alignment with who THEY are.

I love my company because this class takes a different perspective on understanding intuition and brings it down to earth. I’ve worked with high powered corporate professionals to those who really want to begin a healing career. Either way, they learn to trust in life more and ultimately trust themselves in deeper ways than they knew possible.
