Meet Jordan Seme of Adore Denver and Live Urban in Cherry Creek

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jordan Seme.

Jordan, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I consider myself a bit of a risk taker. I love rock climbing, mountain biking, camping and traveling the world, and am always seeking an adventure. In my life I’ve tried to choose the path less traveled, and my career path has involved some twists and leaps of faith. As an environmental biology major at CU, I started my career searching for endangered bog turtles. A career change had me moving to the ‘big city’ of New York, working in publishing while pursuing a degree in fashion design at Parsons. I worked in design for many years, living in New York City when a fortuitous outdoor apparel position brought me to Pagosa Springs, CO. While there, I found I had a passion for real estate, joining a small boutique firm and learning the ropes. Soon, I set my sights on Denver. And now here I am working as a Realtor, and am the creator of Adore Denver, a neighborhood resource for those looking to get the most out of living in this great city.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
There have been risks, financial setbacks, big cross country moves and lingering questions, but my sense of adventure and desire to meet challenges head-on have always helped me make these decisions. And though I’ve made compromises, it’s all been a part of the journey and made me more confident and resilient. I am always eager to learn, change and grow, both in work and in life.

Please tell us about Adore Denver.
My brand, Adore Denver, highlights not only the community of Denver but the Front Range as a whole. I specialize in being a neighborhood guru, local market expert and comprehensive resource for residents, both new and long term, for this lovely area. I am proud to be a small business owner and entrepreneur, using my creative background to design the Adore Denver brand. And, as a Realtor, I am able to provide an unmatched level of service and expertise to assist clients with home buying and selling due to my extensive professional experience, world travel, and expertise in the real estate marketplace.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I am a firm believer that one must follow his or her dreams and passions and build their best future, but I also realize that the interests of a girl of twenty-two will evolve and change over time. Now, I can truly say that all of it has led me to where I am today. I have discovered that my true passion is working with people, helping others to see what I love about Denver, and standing beside each one as he or she makes the dream of living here a reality. I have discovered a work-life balance and am shaping my own future. None of this has come without risks, questions and reinventions, but I know my goals and what I am now working to achieve, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
