Meet Keri Norley of The Wealth Alchemist in Wheat Ridge

Today we’d like to introduce you to Keri Norley.

Keri, before we jump into specific questions, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I am a Jewish woman from the North Shore of Chicago, originally. My family owned the #1 Chevy dealership in the world selling one million cars between the years of 1936-1986. They also own a Forbes top 200 billion dollar companies in Fleet car leasing. And that is only a piece of the success of my family. For most of my life, I have hidden behind this… not share it… and tried to fit into the masses. Until… I realised the thing I was hiding from most is actually the reason I am the way that I am and something to be proud of. And to hide that anymore… is doing a disservice to myself and the people around me.

I know… in every cell of my being what it is like to live a beautiful, abundant life and I deeply desire it for more and more people in this world to know this experience of life. I grew up as a Princess and in order for me to find my own way in the world… apparently, it meant leaving the nest and moving to Australia for 15 years. While there I acquired many Certifications and three Diplomas around mindset, health, healing, coaching, energy work, marketing and copywriting. I am a voracious learner and implementor… something instilled in me from my grandparents.

All throughout that… I have refined my own ability to manifest my dreams and teach others how to do the same. 3.5 years ago, we embarked on the grandest adventure of my life… My husband and I packed up all our things into a storage container and took our two sons (7 yo and one who turned 4 while we were away) on a 4 month trip around the world. The fun that we had and the values instilled into my kids were absolutely amazing. I get excited thinking about doing it again.

When we left, we had no idea where we would end up. We knew we didn’t want to go back to Sydney. It’s so expensive and intense. As much as we LOVE it and our friends and family… we knew it was time to leave. The Waldorf Steiner school we wanted to go up the coast from Sydney told us days before we left that there was no space for our son at school there. So we had no idea what we would do or where we would go in 4 months’ time.

We were at the call of the universe. After all, signs pointed to it… we landed in Denver. I never recommend a totally unplanned international move. It’s a test of all things and not for the faint of heart.

It’s been a massive journey to build a life here and integrate my two worlds. Which brings me to where I am today. I am the Wealth Alchemist. I have combined all my tools and who I am at the core and help people create MAGIC in their lives and grow their capacity for wealth, in all ways. I help people to step beyond their current reality of life and into their dreams by living a fully soul-aligned life of Divine Purpose.

I take people on a journey to clear the stuff that is no longer serving them in their lives and create the You that you get to be in order to magically find yourself in your dreams. I help people in all levels and all ways to overcome their wealth sabotages that are keeping them from creating and holding the wealth that they desire and having a life filled with joy, bliss and peace.

This life exists. I show people the way to listen to their hearts and soul and follow that to every single dream coming true. It doesn’t matter where you are at in your wealth creation process… there are more layers to pull back to continue your journey. I help people at all levels of wealth creation to clear their energetic capacity to receive more and consequently be able to give back more. And by doing this… I am getting to carry on my grandparent’s enormous and gorgeous legacy and I couldn’t be more proud of this work and what happens for my clients.

I am here to shift the wealth consciousness of this planet. I’m here to help give the power back to the people. It all starts with you. And I am so blessed and grateful to guide people through all the ups and downs on this journey of life.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
HECK NO. The biggest piece to all success is undoing the conditioning that is keeping you from having it. It’s no different no matter how you grow up. We are all conditioned with things that may have served those that were teaching us… but do not serve us.

Coming from a world that I was taught to give away my time and energy for philanthropy and have watched my mother, aunt and grandmother be brilliant women who could abundantly afford to do so, meant that for years in business… I under-charged and over gave. It meant that I constantly gave things away for free and didn’t financially value my time, energy and knowledge.

Breaking free of the mould of success that has been placed upon me… ie: get a job and work… be with a certain kind of person in a marriage… give time to philanthropic organizations… is not easy, even though I never really fit into that box. It’s not easy for anyone to break free of past conditioning, but when you come from success, in many ways.. it makes sense to follow along with what you are told, because it works. But that doesn’t make it your own path. And so looking at conditioning that seemingly works and trying to figure out what’s not working for you has taken a long road to be able to see and shift.

Packing up my life three times over the years to move across the world (to and from Australia) has had it’s fair few challenges. Having family around the world and two countries I love and call home have their own challenges too. I always say to people… it’s a win-win, lose-lose depending on how you look at it. I’m always loving or missing something or someone.

Please tell us more about your work. What do you do? What do you specialize in? What sets you apart from competition?
I am known as ‘The Wealth Alchemist’. I specialise in helping people be able to ‘hold’ their money. Being a trust-find baby myself… I know the forever long journey it’s been for me to untangle my own money stories that were stopping me from growing my income in my business and I WISH someone had been there to help me many years ago to save me the many years of not figuring out, no matter how much I tried.

One of the things I see most in people that come from success and have money that is coming to them or they have already received is that energetically they are not prepared for or ready to hold onto it. This also shows up in people who have recently gotten divorced and receive lump sums of money but have never had anything to do with the finances in the relationship.

And… it shows up in entrepreneurs. As they grow their business and eventually get their five-figure launches, six-figure launches… and they look at their bank account with tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars more than they have ever made… the next thing that tends to happen… they spend it all or they bottom out for months after.

All of these situations tend to happen because people are not prepared for what it’s like to hold large sums of money, whatever that is for the person. We all statistically know that most people who win the lottery… the money is gone within a couple of years if that and often they are found in bankruptcy. Right? Same thing happens here, it’s just not really talked about.

So there are many people who are doing trainings on getting over lack and scarcity to make more money, but I come in and help people shift their relationship with money to be able to create an energetic ability to hold it. Which doesn’t mean never spend it. UGH. What’s the point of having money and letting it sit there when you have dreams to live?

Part of this is looking into who a person gets to become in order to continue on their wealth growth journey. It’s deep and truly profound work and I’m ever so grateful and honoured to be able to do this.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
There are so many it’s hard to choose. My family travelled a lot. We travelled with my aunts, uncles and cousins to Mexico, Disney, and one of our fav places was summers in Sun Valley, Idaho. Those times with my family… smiling, playing games, having fun are some of my most cherished.

I also loved going to Greece when I happened to be studying Greek gods in school. We went to the original Olympic stadium and I will never forget running across those Olympic grounds, feeling the energy of being there all those years ago.

And in some ways… hanging with my mom at all the philanthropic events we had… licking envelopes and putting stamps on to raise money for causes was always a beautiful time in my heart. This was back in the day before it could all be done with sticker seals and sticker stamps. That’s why they recruited me. LOL
