Today we’d like to introduce you to KerryAnne Kelley.
Hi KerryAnne, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
KerryAnne Kelley is a trauma-informed coach, transformational facilitator, NLP Practitioner, somatic coach, sound healer and professional speaker devoted to healing the mind, body and soul through hypnotherapy, sound healing, somatic integration, subconscious rewiring and sacred ritual. A former NFL cheerleader and Pageant Queen turned healer, KerryAnne bridges the worlds of high-performance leadership and deep ancestral healing. She also curates 1-on-1 and private retreats – where high performers, their families and executive teams rewire for success on the mind, body, heart and soul level.
Her work is informed not just by training, but by life – raised by two mentally and physically disabled parents who were abusive, she carries lived experience in resilience, empathy, and navigating complexity with grace. Today, she supports clients through sound healing, trauma release, spiritual awakening, and body-based remembrance, offering grounded containers that honor both the nervous system and the soul.
Known for her presence, precision, and emotional depth, KerryAnne weaves the sacred and the strategic, helping others reclaim their truth without bypassing their humanity. Whether in private sessions, ceremony, or on stage, she invites people into radical honesty, embodied power, and deep relationship with the sacred.
Her work is not performance-it’s devotion.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Smooth? No. Sacred? Absolutely.
I was born to two mentally and physically disabled parents – both of whom were also abusive. From a young age, my nervous system was wired for survival. My childhood was full of chaos, uncertainty, and pain – and for years, I turned that pain inward. I battled a 13-year-long eating disorder, self-harm, and the quiet kind of shame that convinces you you’ll never be enough.
But God had other plans.
When I was 17, I moved across the country to start over – and within that year, I became my senior class president, founded the cheerleading team at my new High School and I was crowned National American Miss Teen Colorado 2010. That moment felt like divine affirmation: that no matter what you’ve been through, you are never too broken to shine. Later, I became a captain for the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders – another season where I learned how discipline, heart, and service can coexist with beauty and grace. Those “God moments” weren’t about the titles – they were about the reminders that purpose is always waiting, even inside the pain.
But my healing journey wasn’t linear. I found myself later in life in an abusive engagement – a full-circle moment that brought every wound to the surface again. Yet this time, I had tools. I had awareness. And I had faith.
That experience cracked me open to the truth of the depth of my calling: to help others navigate the very terrain I had to walk through – the intersection of trauma, healing, and self-remembrance.
Every chapter of adversity has become part of my mastery – the reason I can hold such safe, grounded space for others. My career as a speaker, coach, and healer began because I didn’t want anyone to feel alone in the places I once did. And now, I get to guide people home to themselves – to safety, to joy, to wholeness – every single day. I bring my clients the tools that I know for sure work after 30 years of my own self healing journey – NLP, somatic coaching, psychedelic therapies, sound healing and breathwork. These tools were THE tools that helped me make massive leaps back to wholeness and seeing the impact they create for my clients is absolutely transformative.
So no, it hasn’t been a smooth road.
It’s been rugged and holy.
And I wouldn’t trade it for anything, because it’s what made me who I am.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My work lives at the intersection of science, soul, and transformation – I help high-performers remember their wholeness on a mind, body, heart and soul level.
I’m an NLP Practitioner, Somatic Coach, Breathwork Guide, and Sound Healer – but at the heart of it, I’m someone who helps people come home to themselves.
What I do is support individuals, families, and leaders in healing on a mind, body, heart, and soul level. When someone’s therapist “isn’t working anymore,” that’s often when they find me – because my approach goes deeper than talk. I help clients rewire their nervous systems, heal the subconscious roots of old patterns, and reestablish safety within their bodies so that they can experience peace, confidence, and wholeness in every area of their lives.
My work blends modalities like NLP, breathwork, somatic regulation, lineage work, intuitive channeling and sound healing – combining the wisdom of the subconscious mind with the intelligence of the body. Through this, I help clients rapidly shift trauma imprints, dissolve limiting beliefs, and create lasting change that feels both profound and playful.
What sets my brand apart is that it’s not built on fixing people – it’s built on remembering.
I believe every human being is already whole, and my role is to help them access that truth through embodied, experiential healing.
I’m proud that every offerings I’ve created – from my Rewiring NLP Experiences and Soundbath Journeys at Sacred Society to my one-on-one coaching containers and upcoming course Healing the Blueprint of Your Lineage, to my microdosing protocols and transformational retreats for clients – they’re all rooted in integrity, safety, and transformation that lasts.
I’ve spent over 15 years working with individuals and groups around the world, from teenagers and families to CEOs and high-performing teams, teaching them how to regulate their nervous systems, communicate consciously, and lead with heart.
What I want readers to know about my work is this:
Healing doesn’t have to take a lifetime.
Change can be fast, fun, and deeply embodied when you have the right tools and guidance.
And you deserve to feel safe in your body, confident in your voice, and connected to your purpose.
That’s what I’m here for – to be the sanctuary, the mirror, and the catalyst for that remembering.
Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
I’ve always believed that none of us are meant to do this life – or this work – alone.
Yet so many people feel deeply alone. 75% of executives and CEO’s identify as lonely – and these are the people helping to run the world!
Healing, leadership, and growth all require community. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is to intentionally build what I call an “ecosystem of support” around yourself – mentors, practitioners, and loved ones who each hold different mirrors of wisdom for your evolution.
I have coaches, healers, and guides that I still work with regularly amidst 30 years being on this journey. I see mentorship as sacred reciprocity – when we invest in learning from others, we’re saying yes to becoming the highest version of ourselves.
It’s why I mentor three college-age students from DU pro bono right now – because mentorship changed my life, and I believe deeply in paying that forward. Watching these young women grow into their confidence and purpose has been one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
When it comes to finding mentors or networking, my advice is simple:
Follow resonance, not hierarchy.
Seek people who embody the energy and integrity you want to live in – not just the success you want to achieve. The right mentors will challenge you with compassion, call you into your greatness, and remind you of your own wisdom.
Networking, for me, has never been about collecting contacts. It’s been about creating real connection. When you lead with sincerity and service – whether that’s reaching out to collaborate, to contribute, or to simply say, “I see what you’re creating, and I love it” – doors open naturally.
The truth is, mentorship and community are what keep us regulated, inspired, and connected to purpose. None of us rise alone – and that’s exactly how it’s meant to be.
