Meet Krysta Jones of THC Girls and ASK Consulting in Office in Golden

Today we’d like to introduce you to Krysta Jones.

Krysta, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started in the commercial cannabis space in 2009 back when it really blossomed into a legal taxed system. I worked my way all around the industry basically building my reputation on a project to project basis learning the ins and outs of most of the most well know cultivations and dispensaries today as they were just starting up. I worked with companies such as L’eagle, Good Chem, Trill, Trench town, and many many more.  As recreational cannabis came around  I notice the cannabis industry needed an outlet of  new ways to be marketed because the regular outlets would still not allowed it, so there came the birth of the THC GIRLS creative marketing and advertising. With the  THC GIRLS it was easy to create a third party outlet for them to do so. We’ve to throw full blown cannabis events as well as creating ways to implement old school traditional marketing to continue helping build the cannabis community through creative marketing

in 2017 I signed on with a company where we created a successful start up a company that would be set to be one of the biggest producers in Oregon. Anthony, a long time cultivation partner and friend, recruited me to take over as Director of Cultivation. Where I managed a 35,000 sqft facility. As we completed our team we brought Sanja Ganja our Marketing guru out to complete the job.

After successfully establishing a multi million dollar Oregon project together along with the many before and each of  our decades of individual experience,  Anthony, Sanja and my self created our Consulting company  called, ASK Consulting.

Currently, the THC Girls are set to launch a new APP that’s going to instantly open the market access to them Nationally in every city.

Currently, ASK Consulting is working with multiple companies across the nation as well as internationally that include both hemp and THC facilities.

Has it been a smooth road?
Some struggles have been the industry’s fluctuation in people getting involved for example there is a 450% increase in the amount of hemp production from this year to last year alone. The various factors of how it effects the community and the market are huge. Another big struggle in this industry is that it is very new so there are little to min rules that are applied within the professional atmosphere, other than loads of guidelines and obstacles made provided by the state department of agriculture or whatever cannabis management is implemented to get involved.

We’d love to hear more about your work.
The THC GIRLS is a creative marketing and advertising company. I run the entire company from acquiring new clients to managing the ladies, to putting events together, to helping direct and manage shoots and sets. Sanja Ganja assist me with building the brand and the creaive marketing strategies. Sanja and Myself do all the behind the scene work while the THC GIRLS  that the model/ ambassadors provide trade show work as well as a talent for shoots as well as social media marketing and footwork. We specialize in low input and high ROI. Cannabis companies cannot directly promote their products so we provide a variety of outlets for them,  word of mouth being one that  best.

ASK Consulting is a full-on Consulting company the situates investments and acquisitions. We help create  successful start-up companies  within the Hemp and Cannabis industry. Our team has a collective amount of 30 years of commercial cannabis experience in multiple markets across the nation. We are currently assisting with the world’s first CBD hospital in Jamaica as well as many other various projects across the map. I have worked with Sanja and Anthony collaboratively for many years, it was until 2018 where we created our brand together ASK, Anthony, Sanja and Krysta. Anthony comes in as our Business strategy and Cultivation wing. Sanja our techy, metric, sales and distribution, wing and myself I have a co-existing experience of cultivation for the past ten years while learning as I grew my own business from scratch, marketing over the past five years.

What sets ASK apart from other companies is that we have the insider know how of the industry. We have an extentsive backround in the mature legal states that can be utilize to create and maneuver through some of the toughest obstacles in the industry.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
In the next Five years I see the industry moving more towards industrial hemp and being the worlds biggest supplier of Cannabis.
