Today we’d like to introduce you to Lani Langton.

Lani, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I got into business coaching from having a desire to help business owners navigate the complexity of running a good business. I found that over 95% of the businesses fail, and they didn’t need to. I have helped turn around companies on the brink of bankruptcy and closing their doors to having a profitable business that they were able to sell. I have also helped dozens of start-up businesses go from concept to 1 to 2 million in their first year of business. I love to help them grow and teach them business concepts that can help them take control over there business, taking it from Chaos to control!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
All smooth sailing, consistent growth year after year, now looking to hire another coach and mentor and train.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My Favorite memory from childhood was summers with my grandparents.
