Today we’d like to introduce you to Nate Fryer.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Nate. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I grew up on a farm in Minnesota and have always been fascinated with outdoor activities as well as how the body reacts to different physical stimuli. I’ve found it interesting how our bodies adapt to changes with different stresses and I’ve incorporated this understanding into my training. I’ve been a personal trainer since 1998 and have seen a lot of different types of gyms and training styles. I had experiences in college in both medicine and physical therapy but I found my passion in working one on one with people that were recovering from injuries.
I’ve found that the best way to achieve results for my clients is to find unique exercises and therapies that can get them to move correctly. One method that I specialize in is MAT (muscle activation techniques). I use MAT to help determine what muscles are working correctly and which ones need to be activated. Using this approach with some unique exercises I can get most people moving better and getting back to the active lifestyles they seek!
Has it been a smooth road?
It has been challenging, but we are learning every hour and every day! We have a new gym concept that is very unique. We put the trainer first so that they can provide the best service to our clients. Since we do something so different it’s been challenging to get our message out to our target demographic.
We’d love to hear more about your business.
Kinetic Training Club is an exclusive community that provides innovative and holistic personal training, MAT, massage, and yoga to professionals who aim to stay fit. We take care of every detail, ensuring your needs and health goals are met, and you can keep doing the things you love. We provide a great environment for fitness professionals to develop and utilize their specialties with our clients. Most of our clients are seeking specialists to help them get back to or stay in shape as they age.
Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, a culture of community with both clients and trainers, a nice and clean facility, educated and personable staff with unique specialties make all the difference. Many of our clients are very active skiers, bikers, hikers, climbers and golfers. They typically have had some injuries and need some additional help to keep them moving. We keep our clients accountable by meeting with us a minimum of 1 time per week. In addition to their trainer session they get access to our club to practice their programs on their own. We want people to achieve their results by keeping them accountable. We offer unique and specialized functional training, MAT, massage and yoga with experienced veterans in the industry. At Kinetic Training Club we work with our clients to find ways to achieve their goals and continue their pursuit to move!
