Meet Niki Grahame

Today we’d like to introduce you to Niki Grahame.

Niki, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Niki has been in the real estate business all her life. Leveraging her background in residential sales and property management with two generations of family real estate businesses, Niki brings a wealth of real estate knowledge and experience to her clients. Niki knows how stressful buying and selling a home can be and excels at putting her clients at ease through the entire process. Having a reputation for quick, timely response, clients can rely on her to follow through and get it done. With Niki’s resources and caring personality – she will help you find the perfect home! Niki is married to a Denver native, who enjoyed a 14 year NHL hockey career and they have three boys ages 5, 4 and 2.

Has it been a smooth road?
The first three years were tough. It was hard to break into the business and it took time to gain the knowledge and experience needed to be successful.

Alright – so let’s talk business. What else should we know about your work?
I am a realtor in Denver Colorado and I love helping people buy and or sell their home. What sets me apart from others is that I tell you what you need to know instead of what you want to hear. It’s so competitive in this business that I see at times others will sugarcoat the situation to get the business. I don’t believe in doing that even if it means losing the business. In the end I find they will come back to you if you’re honest with your advice and you give them the reality of the situation good or bad.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
I always say if we knew what would happen next in the real estate market we would all be millionaires! All jokes aside, I do see the market softening a bit but can’t say for sure if that will still be the case in the spring of 2020. What I do know is that Denver continues to grow and create new jobs which are always a great thing for real estate.
