Hi Sally, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started doing fix and flips at a young age and it led me to the real estate industry. I decided to get my license and I’ve now been in real estate 19 years.
I love working with people and understand this is the biggest purchase of their lives. With this in mind, I am sensitive to people’s needs and wants which makes me a great realtor.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Is it ever a smooth road in life? If it is, something is wrong.
The market has been up and down since I started in 2004. From the 2008 crash to the interest rates of 2023. It takes a strong leader to be able to navigate through the ups and downs of a real estate market.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I am a realtor who serves the Denver/Boulder areas. I have been in the business for 19 years. I am quite skilled with people and have great negotiating skills which sets me apart from the rest.
I also pride myself on integrity and honesty with my clients. Telling people what they want to hear is easy. Telling them the truth hasn’t always turned out well for me in the short term.
However, in the long term, it’s the only way to run a business.
Any big plans?
In the future, I would like to open my firm. I’m looking forward to another change in the market. It is cyclical so interest rates will come down.
