Today we’d like to introduce you to Thanh Huynh.

Thanh, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started my photography journey back when I was around the age of 16. Nothing professional but just love taking photos of people and capturing special moments of friends and family. Over time I just got more and more into photography and was taking more and more photos each day. It got to a point where people would ask me my rate for photos and at that point, I truly knew this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I went from taking family photos, portraits and wedding for many years which I enjoy very much. There was something missing. I took a step back from all that for a year or so to really find out what I wanted to do with my work. I got into working clothing brand and started to work with local brands. The fashion /streetwear clothing is where I wanted to be and the type of work I wanted to do. It took some time but now I work with company all over the USA.

Has it been a smooth road?
There were a few years where work was very slow and my motivation for photography was dying off. The type of work I was doing (wedding, portraits & family photos) was not what my heart truly wanted to do. I had to step back and look at really what makes me happy. Working with clothing brands and other company is where my passion is.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
I am a Denver based photographer who specialize in lookbooks, streetwear clothing brand and ad work. I am known for my style of shooting and editing. I have a very good understanding of photography and what my clients are needing. I work very hard to find out what my clients needs and wants before I even start looking for location, models and giving a quote. Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Yes Denver, Colorado is a fast-growing city. With photography you can start anywhere in the world you just have to know what your vision of for your work and make it happen. The city does not play a part in a photography business.
