Meet Trailblazer Jessica Jenkins

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessica Jenkins.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
It all began with fashion. My initial inspiration was born out of my love for fabric, drape, and creation. All that’s been created has originated from this place!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
HA! Smooth road my ass! Nothing great has been created walking down a paved road. I like to refer to myself as a “clear cutter.” I pave my own road! I had someone tell me once that I see a well-groomed path and walk the opposite direction- I get my machete out and start walking straight up the hill. I have become quite gritty and resilient. My business growth has been the most powerful personal growth I could have ever imagined!!!!

Please tell us about Jessica Rose Couture & Blinds Couture – what should we know?
Jessica Rose Couture & Blinds Couture specializes in Window Treatments in the Denver Metro area. We are truly doing business differently. We have a team of the most fabulous individuals who are building tremendous value while working with homeowners. We have a Westminster location and we are getting ready to open our second location at IDC Denver (International Design Collection). Our growth trajectory is ineradicable! We compete with the largest organizations out there! And- we are a locally owned and operated!

Do you recommend any apps, books or podcasts that have been helpful to you?
Well, yes! GROWTH is the only evidence of life- so we spend a lot of time on personal and professional growth. Tony Robbins, Brene Brown, Dean Graziosi, Gabrielle Bernstein, Jen Sencero are my FAV authors out there!
